【摘要】：自1960年代和1970年代以來,作為自由民主政治運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)軸承的政黨政治因政黨衰落而出現(xiàn)危機(jī),學(xué)術(shù)界因此興起了研究政黨政治危機(jī)的熱潮�？v觀現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn),目前學(xué)術(shù)界已經(jīng)關(guān)注到了政黨在組織、意識形態(tài)、功能以及社會認(rèn)同方面的危機(jī),并分析和討論了危機(jī)的成因及其影響。但是,囿于歐美老牌民主國家的舊有語境展開的分析存在局限,關(guān)于政黨政治危機(jī)的既有研究忽視了政黨政治有序運(yùn)作所需的政治共識前提,遺漏了政黨政治危機(jī)研究中無論是老牌民主國家還是新興民主國家都存在的共識危機(jī)這一研究議題。
[Abstract]:Since the 1960s and 1970s, the party politics, which is the running bearing of the liberal and democratic politics, has been in crisis because of the decline of the political parties, so the academic circles have raised the upsurge of studying the political crisis of the political parties. Throughout the existing literature, the academic community has paid close attention to the crisis of political parties in organization, ideology, function and social identity, and analyzed and discussed the causes of the crisis and its impact. However, due to the limitations of the analysis carried out in the old context of the old democratic countries in Europe and the United States, the existing research on the political party political crisis has neglected the political consensus premise needed for the orderly operation of the political party politics. It omits the research topic of consensus crisis in the study of party political crisis, whether in established democracies or emerging democracies.
