【摘要】：民粹主義是一種信仰人民的意識(shí)形態(tài),主張人民主權(quán),號(hào)召以人民的名義改造精英統(tǒng)治。就民粹主義的主體邏輯來看,民粹主義強(qiáng)調(diào)人民內(nèi)在的整體性和一致性,從而在民族主義、全球化、多元文化等主題上站在右翼的保守立場(chǎng),在實(shí)踐當(dāng)中強(qiáng)調(diào)淡化族群身份,反對(duì)多元文化,甚至反對(duì)全球化。就其外在的人民觀來看,民粹主義強(qiáng)調(diào)敵視與排斥,在實(shí)踐中主張反對(duì)精英主義。在程序安排上,民粹主義主張人民多數(shù)的直接行動(dòng),強(qiáng)調(diào)改革現(xiàn)政權(quán),形成了反建制、反代議制等實(shí)踐訴求。
[Abstract]:Populism is an ideology that believes in the people, advocates the people's sovereignty and calls for the transformation of elite rule in the name of the people. From the perspective of the main logic of populism, populism emphasizes the people's inherent integrity and consistency, thus standing on the right-wing conservative position on the themes of nationalism, globalization and multi-culture, and in practice it is appropriate. In terms of its external people's view, populism emphasizes hostility and exclusion, and advocates opposing elitism in practice. In terms of procedural arrangements, populism advocates the direct action of the majority of the people, stresses the reform of the present regime, and forms practices such as anti-construction and anti-representative system.
