【摘要】：方孝孺政治思想的主旨是民本,他認為君主最基本的職責是養(yǎng)民,"誠以格君"是君職落實的主要途徑,治國的根本法則是"均平",治國路徑應該是仁以施治,"視民如傷",推行井田制,藏富于民,重用人才、慎選治國理民之吏。為了更好地保護民眾利益,方孝孺主張寓仁于法,寓禮于法,"立法利民",強調(diào)立法的目的是衛(wèi)民,倡導普法宣傳,加強執(zhí)法,先教后誅,"治人"與"治法"并重。方孝孺的政治主張在建文帝時期獲得了很好的實踐,締造了絢爛的盛世局面,不失為社會主義和諧社會構建中落實"以人為本"要求的有益參考素材。
[Abstract]:Fang Xiao-ru 's political thought was based on the people. He thought that the most basic duty of the monarch was to raise the people, and that "honesty to the ruler" was the main way to carry out the monarch's duty. The basic rule of governing the country is "equality", the path of governing the country should be benevolent to administer, "treat the people as hurt", carry out the well field system, store wealth to the people, reuse talents, and carefully select the officials who govern the people. In order to better protect the interests of the public, Fang Xiao-ru advocates the combination of benevolence in the law, propriety in the law, and "legislating for the benefit of the people." he emphasizes that the purpose of the legislation is to defend the people, advocate the popularization of the law, strengthen law enforcement, teach first and then put the hindrances, and attach equal importance to "governing people" and "administering the law." Fang Xiao-ru 's political proposition obtained very good practice in the period of Emperor Jianwen, created the splendid prosperous situation, and was a useful reference material for carrying out the requirement of "people-oriented" in the construction of socialist harmonious society.
