【摘要】：馬克思和羅爾斯都是社會(huì)正義思想的集大成者。從馬克思的社會(huì)批評(píng)的自由平等觀與羅爾斯的自由平等觀的相互比較中,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)馬克思的自由平等觀是無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)的,這種思想是在無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)工人運(yùn)動(dòng)和階級(jí)斗爭(zhēng)實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上提出并確立的,有效地指導(dǎo)了無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命運(yùn)動(dòng),馬克思通過(guò)道德正義對(duì)資本主義生產(chǎn)方式條件下的形式上的自由平等觀進(jìn)行批判,并展望共產(chǎn)主義社會(huì)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的真正的人類(lèi)的自由解放——自由平等的價(jià)值理想——消滅生產(chǎn)資料私人占有制的生產(chǎn)方式之后從而消滅了一切剝削和階級(jí)壓迫。羅爾斯的自由平等觀是對(duì)自由主義和平等的調(diào)和,他的意愿是建立一個(gè)穩(wěn)固的道德基礎(chǔ)更好地為現(xiàn)代民主政治社會(huì)服務(wù)。馬克思和羅爾斯的自由平等觀還有著千絲萬(wàn)縷的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Marx and Rawls are the epitome of social justice. From the comparison between Marx's view of social criticism of freedom and equality and Rawls' view of freedom and equality, we find that Marx's view of freedom and equality is proletarian. This idea was put forward and established on the basis of the proletarian workers' movement and the practice of class struggle, and effectively guided the proletarian revolutionary movement. Marx, through moral justice, criticized the formal concept of freedom and equality under the conditions of capitalist mode of production. It also looks forward to the true liberation of human beings, the value ideal of freedom and equality, and the elimination of the production mode of private possession of the means of production, thus eliminating all exploitation and class oppression. Rawls' view of freedom and equality is a reconciliation of liberalism and equality, and his intention is to build a solid moral foundation to better serve the modern democratic political society. Marx and Rawls also have inextricably linked views on freedom and equality.
