【摘要】：在傳統(tǒng)的"承諾型"代表之外,實(shí)證政治科學(xué)家又引進(jìn)了幾種新的代表模式,即,"期望型"代表、"陀螺型"代表和"替代型"代表。雖然并不滿足"承諾型"代表所要求的民主問責(zé)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但是,這些新近的代表模式卻提出了一套可以作為判斷依據(jù)的規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。與傳統(tǒng)的"承諾型"代表所內(nèi)含的二分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不同的是,這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更為系統(tǒng)。它們是協(xié)商性的,而不是聚合性的;是多元的,而不是單一的。
[Abstract]:In addition to the traditional "commitment" representative, empirical political scientists have introduced several new representative models, namely, "expected" representative, "gyro" representative and "substitute" representative. Although it does not meet the democratic accountability standards required by the "commitment" representative, these new representative models offer a set of normative standards that can be used as a basis for judgment. These standards are more systematic than the dichotomies contained in traditional "commitment" representatives. They are consultative, not polymeric; they are pluralistic, not single.
