【摘要】：在當(dāng)代政治哲學(xué)中,人權(quán)是全球正義理論的重要分析路徑之一。全球正義理論的人權(quán)分析路徑有不少擁躉者,但也面臨不少詰難。有些學(xué)者質(zhì)疑人權(quán)的普遍性,認(rèn)為全球正義的人權(quán)分析路徑在義務(wù)問題上是模糊不清的,并強(qiáng)調(diào)了在全球?qū)用嫔媳Ｗo(hù)人權(quán)會(huì)帶來(lái)一些不可預(yù)見的后果。事實(shí)上,全球正義理論的人權(quán)分析路徑能夠容納上述詰難,其人權(quán)分析路徑仍然有拓展的空間。
[Abstract]:In contemporary political philosophy, human rights are one of the most important analysis paths for the theory of global justice. There are many followers of the human rights analysis path of the global justice theory, but they also face many challenges. Some scholars question the universality of human rights, and the human rights analysis path of global justice is ambiguous on the issue of obligation and emphasizes the world. The protection of human rights on the level will bring some unforeseeable consequences. In fact, the human rights analysis path of the global justice theory can hold the above questions, and the path of human rights analysis still has an expanding space.
