【摘要】：民眾是政黨長(zhǎng)期生存和永續(xù)發(fā)展的根本源泉。政黨的政治生命取決于民眾的認(rèn)同。獲取多數(shù)民眾認(rèn)同是政黨合法取得執(zhí)政權(quán)并長(zhǎng)期執(zhí)政的必備條件。面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、信息化的時(shí)代背景,國外一些執(zhí)政黨奉行民眾至上的價(jià)值取向,從拓展本黨民眾基礎(chǔ)和鞏固自身政治地位的高度出發(fā),通過關(guān)注民生、彰顯民權(quán)、重視民信、掌握民意、推動(dòng)民和、促進(jìn)民治等有效路徑,保持與民眾常態(tài)化、制度化聯(lián)系,從而獲取多數(shù)民眾的支持認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:The people are the fundamental source of the long-term survival and sustainable development of the political party. Political life of the party depends on the identity of the people. Obtaining the majority of the people is the necessary condition for the political party to obtain the right to take power and to be in power for a long time. To develop the foundation of the party's masses and to consolidate its own political status, we should pay attention to the people's livelihood, highlight the civil rights, pay attention to the civil faith, grasp the public opinion, promote the people and promote the effective path of the rule of the people, and maintain the normalization and institutionalized connection with the people so as to obtain the support and identification of the majority of the people.
