【摘要】：當(dāng)今時代是信息時代,面對信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,沒有國家、沒有政黨能夠擺脫其影響,各國政黨都面臨信息化發(fā)展帶來的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。那么,各國政黨如何回應(yīng)信息化挑戰(zhàn),實行黨建信息化、改善內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、實行黨內(nèi)民主、擴大民眾政治參與、密切聯(lián)系民眾?這是當(dāng)代政黨政治的重大理論與實踐問題。中外學(xué)者的對話與交流,既促進(jìn)了對當(dāng)今時代社會變革與政黨變革的中外比較與思考,也促進(jìn)了中外政黨對回應(yīng)信息化挑戰(zhàn)的思路與對策的探討,還深化了對世界政黨共性與個性的認(rèn)識。而對相關(guān)理論的共識與認(rèn)識分歧,將有助于深化對政黨政治的研究。
[Abstract]:Today is the information age, facing the development of information network, no country, no political party can get rid of its influence, political parties of all countries are faced with the enormous challenges brought by the development of information technology. So, how can the political parties in various countries respond to the challenge of informatization, implement the informatization of party building, improve the internal structure, implement inner-party democracy, expand the people's political participation, and keep in close touch with the public? This is a major theoretical and practical problem of contemporary party politics. The dialogue and exchange between Chinese and foreign scholars has not only promoted the comparison and thinking of the social changes and political party changes in the present era, but also promoted the discussion of the ideas and countermeasures of the Chinese and foreign political parties in response to the challenge of information technology. It also deepened the understanding of the commonness and individuality of the world's political parties. The consensus and understanding of the relevant theories will help to deepen the study of party politics.
