【摘要】：社會資本是一個比較新的理論,是社會科學的重要研究工具,特別是在帕特南利用社會資本理論對意大利南北方政治制度的績效差異進行研究之后,更是成為了政治學和社會學的重要理論和研究工具,在研究民主發(fā)展方面起著重要的作用。本文從社會資本與民主發(fā)展關(guān)系的角度研究了中國民主發(fā)展中的社會資本狀況,及其對中國的民主發(fā)展的影響。 國內(nèi)外許多學者的研究表明,社會資本與民主的發(fā)展之間存在著重要的關(guān)系,社會資本是民主發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),它的狀況影響著民主的發(fā)展和實現(xiàn)程度。中國是一個歷史悠久的國家,而且經(jīng)過近代的變革,社會正處在轉(zhuǎn)型期,傳統(tǒng)文化經(jīng)過歷史的傳承起著重要的作用,同時現(xiàn)代的因索也在影響著中國社會的各個方面,總體來說,中國的社會資本主要由傳統(tǒng)的以及由傳統(tǒng)衍生而來的社會資本,和現(xiàn)代的社會資本構(gòu)成,其特點不同,對民主的影響也不同,傳統(tǒng)的社會資本在很大程度上制約著民主的發(fā)展,而現(xiàn)代的社會資本發(fā)展程度較低,中國的社會資本存量總體不足,對民主的發(fā)展形成一定的制約。之前有過學者對社會資本的許多方面進行過研究,也研究過社會資本的許多方面在中國的表現(xiàn)和對中國民主的影響。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)社會資本理論的核心概念和分析框架,從信任、規(guī)則、社會團體和文化的方面研究了中國民主發(fā)展中的社會資本的特點和不足的表現(xiàn),提出了增加中國民主發(fā)展中的社資本存量的對策,這有助于從民主發(fā)展的方面整體上把握社會資本的特點、不足和影響,以及充分重視社會資本的發(fā)展,發(fā)揮其對民主發(fā)展的促進作用。
[Abstract]:Social capital is a relatively new theory and an important research tool in social sciences, especially after Patnam used the theory of social capital to study the differences in the performance of political systems between the south and the north of Italy. It has become an important theory and research tool in politics and sociology, and plays an important role in the research of democratic development. From the perspective of the relationship between social capital and democratic development, this paper studies the status of social capital in China's democratic development and its influence on China's democratic development. Many scholars at home and abroad show that there is an important relationship between social capital and the development of democracy. Social capital is an important foundation of democratic development, and its status affects the development and realization of democracy. China is a country with a long history, and after the modern changes, the society is in the transition period. The traditional culture plays an important role in passing on through the history. At the same time, the modern cause is also affecting all aspects of Chinese society. Generally speaking, China's social capital is mainly composed of traditional and traditional social capital derived from the traditional, and modern social capital, its characteristics are different, and the impact on democracy is also different. Traditional social capital restricts the development of democracy to a great extent, but the development of modern social capital is relatively low, and the stock of social capital in China is generally insufficient, which restricts the development of democracy to a certain extent. Some scholars have studied many aspects of social capital before, and also studied the performance of many aspects of social capital in China and its influence on Chinese democracy. On the basis of previous studies, according to the core concepts and analytical framework of social capital theory, this paper studies the characteristics and shortcomings of social capital in China's democratic development from the aspects of trust, rules, social groups and culture. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to increase the stock of social capital in the development of democracy in China, which is helpful to grasp the characteristics, deficiency and influence of social capital from the aspect of democratic development, and to attach great importance to the development of social capital. Give play to its role in promoting democratic development.
