【摘要】：西方民主制并非天然是"一人一票"的選舉制。在西方民主制中,不是人民選舉代表其利益的候選人,而是資本力量及其之間的博弈決定誰最終當(dāng)選。這種西式競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性民主在形式上是"一人一票",其實(shí)質(zhì)是"一美元一票",結(jié)果必然產(chǎn)生腐敗,產(chǎn)生用金錢收買的政權(quán)。
[Abstract]:Western democracy is not a natural one-man, one-vote electoral system. In western democracy, it is not the people who elect the candidates who represent their interests, but the capital forces and the game between them. This kind of western competitive democracy is "one person, one vote" in form, and its essence is "one dollar one vote", which will inevitably result in corruption and political power bought with money.
