【摘要】：自由主義民主將視野僅僅局限于處理人與人之間的關(guān)系,不是能夠充分負(fù)責(zé)的體制,無(wú)法應(yīng)對(duì)生態(tài)危機(jī)的挑戰(zhàn)。生態(tài)民主堅(jiān)持"受影響原則",將民主主體擴(kuò)展到所有可能受到?jīng)Q策影響的人、群體和物種,從而構(gòu)建了一種處理人與自然之間關(guān)系的民主模式。但是,生態(tài)民主也提出了重大的道德與認(rèn)識(shí)論的、政治與制度的挑戰(zhàn)。其道德與認(rèn)識(shí)論上的挑戰(zhàn)在于:作為跨界的道德主體,我們?nèi)绾尾拍苤滥切](méi)有表達(dá)能力的受影響者的意見(jiàn)。其政治和制度上的挑戰(zhàn)在于:如何才能創(chuàng)制更加靈活的民主程序,以便涵蓋復(fù)雜多變的生態(tài)難題以及它們所影響到的人類與非人類共同體。
[Abstract]:Liberal democracy limits itself to dealing with relationships between people, rather than a fully responsible system, unable to cope with the challenge of ecological crises. Ecological democracy adheres to the "affected principle" and extends the democratic subject to all the people, groups and species that may be affected by the decision, thus constructing a democratic model to deal with the relationship between man and nature. However, ecological democracy also poses major moral and epistemological, political and institutional challenges. Its moral and epistemological challenge lies in: as a cross-boundary moral subject, how can we know the opinions of those who are not able to express themselves. Its political and institutional challenges lie in how to create more flexible democratic processes that encompass complex and volatile ecological dilemmas and the human and non-human communities that they affect.
