【摘要】：盧梭認(rèn)為,自由與平等是社會(huì)契約的根本目標(biāo),他提出"公意"這個(gè)概念,目的是為了解決如何實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)契約根本目標(biāo)問題。自由與公意也就成了社會(huì)契約思想的核心問題。社會(huì)契約思想背后所體現(xiàn)的創(chuàng)造精神,不斷地影響著現(xiàn)代民主思想和現(xiàn)代民主政治。本文通過對社會(huì)契約思想自由觀和公意說的論述,進(jìn)而分析當(dāng)代民主政治兩個(gè)基本問題,以期對我國社會(huì)主義法治建設(shè)和民主政治的完善起到有益的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:According to Rousseau, freedom and equality are the fundamental goals of social contract. Rousseau put forward the concept of "public will" in order to solve the problem of how to achieve the fundamental goal of social contract. Freedom and public will have become the core issue of social contract. The creative spirit embodied behind the social contract constantly influences modern democratic thought and modern democratic politics. This paper analyzes two basic problems of contemporary democratic politics through the discussion of the social contract idea of freedom and the theory of public will in order to play a useful role in the construction of socialist rule of law and the perfection of democratic politics in our country.
