“天下為公”與“共和主義”的暗合與分殊

【摘要】:"天下為公"理論是古代中國頗具影響力的重要政治理論,不僅是儒家政治哲學(xué)中德化君主的重要資源,也為數(shù)千年來士人階層無畏的政治批判提供了有力的武器。"天下為公"在價(jià)值追求等方面與西方"共和主義"思想上存在某些相通之處,清末民初革命黨人以及近現(xiàn)代學(xué)者都用其來解釋西方民主共和思想。但共和主義是西方憲政理論和憲政文明的重要組成部分,內(nèi)在于基督教信仰的文明基礎(chǔ)之上,簡(jiǎn)單地移植和笨拙地嫁接并不符合復(fù)雜的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)。從當(dāng)下的社會(huì)環(huán)境來看,國家政治制度建設(shè)當(dāng)中,民主憲政是必須的,華族傳統(tǒng)也是必要的,因此,必須對(duì)"天下為公"思想進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:The theory of "under heaven for the public" is an important political theory with great influence in ancient China. It is not only an important resource for the deification monarch in Confucian political philosophy, but also a powerful weapon for the fearless political criticism of scholars in the past several thousand years. " There are some similarities between the value pursuit and the thought of "republicanism" in the west, which are used by revolutionaries and modern scholars in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China to explain the thought of western democratic republicanism. But republicanism is an important part of western constitutional theory and constitutionalism civilization. On the basis of Christian belief, simply transplanting and clumsily grafted does not accord with the complicated social reality. From the current social environment, in the construction of national political system, democratic constitutionalism is necessary, and the Chinese tradition is also necessary. Therefore, it is necessary to creatively transform the thought of "under the earth for the public".
