【摘要】：本文主要采用馬克思主義的立場和觀點,對中國傳統(tǒng)文化進行批判地繼承,從政黨文化建設(shè)與傳統(tǒng)文化結(jié)合的現(xiàn)實需要出發(fā),研討傳統(tǒng)政治文化的現(xiàn)實價值及其對執(zhí)政黨的當代功用,為政黨文化建設(shè)提供有益補充和借鑒。傳統(tǒng)文化對中華民族的形成和國家的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展產(chǎn)生過重大作用,其中包含許多合理的因素,也存在著一些消極的因素,要以辨證唯物主義為指導(dǎo),對其進行深入研究,“剔除其封建性的糟粕,吸收其民主性的精華”,從中吸取于今有益的東西。傳統(tǒng)文化中的民本思想、德治思想、尚賢思想、大同思想、變法思想等經(jīng)過改造完全可以為今所用。同時傳統(tǒng)政治文化中的官僚主義思想、官本位思想、封建專制主義思想等對黨的政治文化的建設(shè)形成了障礙和束縛。因此要堅持以馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論和“科學發(fā)展觀”重要思想為指導(dǎo),在吸收借鑒傳統(tǒng)政治文化的同時,以揚棄的態(tài)度,科學、嚴肅、謹慎地對待傳統(tǒng)政治文化,對傳統(tǒng)政治文化進行批判地繼承,促進傳統(tǒng)文化現(xiàn)代化,發(fā)揮其當代價值和現(xiàn)實功用,為政黨文化建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展補充營養(yǎng),從而全面推進黨的建設(shè)和中國特色社會主義建設(shè)的偉大工程。 文章分為五部分,分別為導(dǎo)論及四章正文。正文中:第一章主要是講中國傳統(tǒng)政治文化是執(zhí)政黨文化建設(shè)的重要前提和現(xiàn)實土壤。第二章主要講傳統(tǒng)政治文化對執(zhí)政黨文化建設(shè)的一些合理性因素。第三章:主要講傳統(tǒng)政治文化對執(zhí)政黨文化建設(shè)的幾個消極性因素。第四章主要講如何正確認識傳統(tǒng)政治文化,批判地繼承傳統(tǒng)政治文化為政黨文化建設(shè)所用。
[Abstract]:This article mainly adopts the Marxist standpoint and viewpoint, carries on the critical inheritance to the Chinese traditional culture, embarks from the realistic need which the political party culture construction and the traditional culture unifies, This paper discusses the practical value of traditional political culture and its contemporary function to the ruling party, and provides a useful supplement and reference for the construction of political party culture. The traditional culture has played an important role in the formation of the Chinese nation and the stable development of the country. It contains many reasonable factors and some negative factors. It should be deeply studied under the guidance of dialectical materialism. Remove its feudal dregs and absorb the essence of democracy. The people-oriented thought, rule of virtue thought, Shang Xian thought, Datong thought, reform thought and so on in the traditional culture can be used for the present. At the same time, bureaucratism, officialdom and feudal autocracy in the traditional political culture have become obstacles and restraints to the construction of the Party's political culture. Therefore, we should adhere to Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of "scientific development view" as the guidance, absorb and draw lessons from the traditional political culture at the same time, with the attitude of sublation, science, serious, To treat the traditional political culture with caution, to carry on the critical inheritance to the traditional political culture, to promote the modernization of the traditional culture, to give play to its contemporary value and practical function, and to supplement the nutrition for the innovation and development of the party's cultural construction. So as to promote the construction of the party and the great project of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The article is divided into five parts, respectively for the introduction and four chapters of the body. In the main text: the first chapter mainly talks about the Chinese traditional political culture is the important premise and the realistic soil of the ruling party's cultural construction. The second chapter mainly discusses some reasonable factors of traditional political culture to the construction of ruling party's culture. Chapter III: mainly on the traditional political culture of the ruling party's cultural construction several negative factors. The fourth chapter mainly discusses how to correctly understand the traditional political culture and critically inherit the traditional political culture for the construction of party culture.
