【摘要】：權(quán)力,既有表現(xiàn)為國(guó)家機(jī)器和政治暴力形式的宏觀權(quán)力,也有普遍存在于人的日常生活、社會(huì)交往、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣、人倫道德、言行舉止、眾目睽睽以及各種集會(huì)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳媒中的微觀權(quán)力。只是現(xiàn)實(shí)中少有人覺識(shí):公民權(quán)利不僅自在地?fù)碛锌赊D(zhuǎn)化為宏觀權(quán)力的微觀權(quán)力,微觀權(quán)力也可反過來維護(hù)公民權(quán)利。特別是要想杜絕權(quán)力異化,保證各類人權(quán),就需要喚醒每個(gè)人的權(quán)利意識(shí)和權(quán)力意志,使人對(duì)社會(huì)問題的解決,逐漸從過去宏觀權(quán)力的強(qiáng)制演化為微觀權(quán)力的規(guī)訓(xùn);使公民能夠通過普遍的權(quán)力話語將各類實(shí)踐轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榕c公民權(quán)利緊密結(jié)合的民事行為,以真正實(shí)現(xiàn)權(quán)利和權(quán)力、個(gè)體權(quán)利和集體權(quán)利、微觀權(quán)力和宏觀權(quán)力的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:Power, manifested in the state apparatus and in the form of political violence, is also widespread in people's daily life, social interaction, customs, ethics, behavior, words and deeds, In full view of the public, as well as in a variety of meetings and micro-power in the Internet media. Only few people realize in reality that civil rights not only have micro power which can be transformed into macro power, but also protect civil rights in turn. Especially if we want to put an end to the alienation of power and guarantee all kinds of human rights, we need to awaken everyone's consciousness of right and will of power, so that people can solve social problems and gradually change from the compulsory of macroscopic power to the discipline of micro-power. In order to realize the unity of rights and powers, individual rights and collective rights, micro power and macro power can be realized by making citizens turn all kinds of practice into civil actions closely combined with civil rights through universal power discourse.
