【摘要】： 密爾的自由主義思想已廣為人知,但對于他的社會(huì)主義思想?yún)s少有人研究。面對當(dāng)時(shí)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問題,傳統(tǒng)自由主義的放任原則漸漸顯示出它的不適應(yīng),密爾敏銳地察覺到了這一問題,他認(rèn)為讓傳統(tǒng)自由主義重新具有活力的辦法是把一種新的思想注入其中,這就是19世紀(jì)20、30年代興起的空想社會(huì)主義思想,其中傅立葉、圣西門和歐文的社會(huì)主義思想對密爾思想的影響尤為重大,在仔細(xì)研究了他們的社會(huì)主義思想之后,密爾汲取了空想社會(huì)主義思想中的有益成分,闡發(fā)了自己的社會(huì)主義思想,其中包括堅(jiān)持個(gè)性自由、注重互助合作、以及公平分配產(chǎn)品等內(nèi)容。 密爾的社會(huì)主義思想仍然是以個(gè)人自由為最基本的原則,強(qiáng)調(diào)個(gè)人自由在不損害他人利益時(shí),任何人都無權(quán)干涉。他試圖在個(gè)人自由和社會(huì)之間劃出一條界限,明確兩者各自的范圍,既能使個(gè)人自由得到充分的發(fā)揮,而又不至于使自由過分膨脹而損害到他人和社會(huì)的利益。密爾的社會(huì)主義思想還強(qiáng)調(diào)人們之間的互助合作,他認(rèn)為合作不僅可以提高效率,最終還可能變革社會(huì),從而以非暴力的方式解決現(xiàn)行的問題。在分配問題上,密爾以按勞分配為基本原則,雖然在一定程度上保留了按照資本分配產(chǎn)品,說明了他分配原則的局限性,但主要依據(jù)勞動(dòng)作為獲得報(bào)酬的分配方式,與資本主義的分配方式相比,無疑具有進(jìn)步意義。 密爾的社會(huì)主義思想依然是以自由主義為原則,這與他一貫捍衛(wèi)的自由觀念并不沖突,相反,他的自由主義思想正因?yàn)槿谌肓松鐣?huì)主義思想才變得更加完善。
[Abstract]:Mill's liberalism has been widely known, but few people have studied his socialist ideology. Facing the serious social problems at that time, the laissez faire principle of traditional liberalism gradually showed that it was not adaptable. The new ideas are injected into it. This is the thought of the utopian socialism that emerged in the nineteenth Century 20,30 years. The socialist thought of Fu Liye, Saint Simon and Erwin has a particularly important influence on the thought of mil. After carefully studying their socialist thought, mil drew on the useful elements of the thought of utopian socialism and elucidated it. Their own socialist ideology, including upholding freedom of individuality, focusing on mutual aid and cooperation, and equitable distribution of products.
The socialist thought of mill is still the basic principle of personal freedom. It emphasizes that no one has the right to interfere with individual freedom without damaging the interests of others. He tries to draw a boundary between individual freedom and society to make clear the scope of the two, not only to make the individual's freedom fully play, but not to make freedom. It is too inflated to harm the interests of others and society. Mill's socialist thought also emphasizes mutual assistance and cooperation among people. He believes that cooperation can not only improve efficiency, but ultimately change society, thus solving current problems in a non violent manner. In a certain degree, the limitation of the distribution of the product according to the capital distribution shows the limitation of his principle of distribution, but it is undoubtedly of progressive significance in comparison with the distribution mode of capitalism, which is mainly based on labor as a way of obtaining remuneration.
The socialist ideology of mill is still based on liberalism, which does not conflict with the concept of freedom he always defends. On the contrary, his liberalism is becoming more perfect because of its integration into the socialist ideology.
