自發(fā)秩序、有限民主與園丁式國(guó)家:哈耶克社會(huì)理論與政治哲學(xué)的整體邏輯

【摘要】:哈耶克的理論基于對(duì)兩個(gè)前后相繼的問(wèn)題的思考和解答,而分別進(jìn)行社會(huì)理論和政治理論的建構(gòu)。學(xué)界由于對(duì)于其政治理論論域的共同忽視,要么只關(guān)注其社會(huì)和法治理論,要么如Galeotti那樣,認(rèn)為其社會(huì)理論和政治理論之間存在內(nèi)在沖突和不一致。實(shí)際上,哈耶克不僅在社會(huì)哲學(xué)和法治理論上出現(xiàn)過(guò)重大的理論轉(zhuǎn)向;政治理論上也從最初的工具主義國(guó)家觀,轉(zhuǎn)向與其社會(huì)理論相適應(yīng)的"園丁式"國(guó)家觀,其政治理論與其社會(huì)哲學(xué)具有高度的契合性。
[Abstract]:Hayek's theory is based on the thinking and solution of two successive questions, and constructs social theory and political theory respectively. Due to the common neglect of his political theory domain, scholars either only pay attention to his social and legal theory, or, as Galeotti does, think that there is an inherent conflict and inconsistency between his social theory and political theory. In fact, Hayek has not only made a significant theoretical turn in social philosophy and the theory of the rule of law, but also in political theory has changed from the original instrumentalist view of the state to the "gardener" view of the state, which is compatible with his social theory. His political theory is highly consistent with his social philosophy.
