【摘要】：20世紀(jì)后期發(fā)生的全球性政治變革浪潮催生了民主化研究。研究者圍繞民主轉(zhuǎn)型的特點(diǎn)和階段、民主轉(zhuǎn)型的條件、轉(zhuǎn)型之后民主制度的選擇、民主如何得到鞏固以及如何促進(jìn)民主的國(guó)際化等問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究。西方民主化研究在看待后發(fā)展國(guó)家的政治轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí),往往將早期民主國(guó)家作為范型,以西方民主國(guó)家的體制和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)衡量轉(zhuǎn)型國(guó)家,將政治轉(zhuǎn)型等同于民主轉(zhuǎn)型,將西方自由主義民主作為民主化的目標(biāo),主張民主化不需要前提條件而可以發(fā)生在任何一個(gè)國(guó)家,認(rèn)為民主化就是政治精英設(shè)計(jì)和推動(dòng)的結(jié)果。這種意識(shí)形態(tài)化的研究,損害了研究本身的客觀性、科學(xué)性,對(duì)此,我們有必要從認(rèn)識(shí)論的角度進(jìn)行反思。
[Abstract]:The tide of global political change in the late twentieth Century has led to the study of democratization. The research on the characteristics and stages of the democratic transformation, the conditions of the democratic transformation, the choice of democracy after the transition, how to consolidate democracy and how to promote the internationalization of democracy. In the political transition of the country, the early democratic state is often used as a model, with the system and successful experience of the Western democracies as the standard to measure the transition country, the political transformation is equivalent to the democratic transformation, the western liberalism democracy is the goal of democratization, and the democratization can occur in any country without the prerequisites. At home, democratization is the result of the design and promotion of the political elite. This ideological study undermines the objectivity and scientificity of the research itself, and it is necessary for us to reflect on the perspective of epistemology.
