【摘要】：正義歷來(lái)是人類(lèi)追求的永恒目標(biāo),羅爾斯正義論給我們提供了一個(gè)良好的理論架構(gòu)和設(shè)想,但女性主義從女性的獨(dú)特視角出發(fā),對(duì)羅爾斯的正義思想以及傳統(tǒng)的正義思想提出批評(píng)和質(zhì)疑,并提出自身的正義要求。 關(guān)于如何構(gòu)建兩性平等、和諧的社會(huì),這是一個(gè)值得我們探討和深思的問(wèn)題。 文章第一部分簡(jiǎn)要論述羅爾斯正義論差別原則的思想、學(xué)界對(duì)差別原則的解讀和評(píng)價(jià)；梳理女性主義內(nèi)部關(guān)于平等與差異思想的發(fā)展歷程。 第二部分?jǐn)⑹雠灾髁x從女性的獨(dú)特視角出發(fā),為表達(dá)她們的正義訴求,提出對(duì)羅爾斯正義理論基礎(chǔ)的批駁、以及羅爾斯正義論及其差別原則的理論缺失。 第三部分主要針對(duì)女性主義提出的質(zhì)疑和批評(píng)做出羅爾斯的辯護(hù),或者可以說(shuō)是站在羅爾斯的立場(chǎng)上對(duì)批評(píng)的回應(yīng)與辯護(hù)。 第四部分指出女性主義在自身追求正義的發(fā)展中面臨著兩難困境,并以關(guān)懷倫理為例來(lái)表現(xiàn)她們?yōu)閿[脫兩難處境所做的努力。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)羅爾斯和女性主義關(guān)于正義的探討,以期達(dá)到以人的全面發(fā)展和社會(huì)的和諧發(fā)展為目的,凸顯女性主義的正義,要求社會(huì)對(duì)女性等弱勢(shì)群體給予特別關(guān)照,促進(jìn)多元正義的發(fā)展、綜合和平衡,為女性主義實(shí)現(xiàn)正義提供理論基礎(chǔ),為正義制度的建設(shè)及和諧社會(huì)的發(fā)展給予哲學(xué)思考。
[Abstract]:Justice has always been the eternal goal pursued by human beings. Rawls' theory of justice provides us with a good theoretical framework and imagination, but feminism starts from the unique angle of view of women. Criticizing and questioning Rawls's thought of justice and the traditional idea of justice, and putting forward his own demand for justice. The first part of the article briefly discusses Rawls' thought of the principle of difference in justice, the interpretation and evaluation of the principle of difference in academic circles; The second part narrates the feminism from the female's unique angle of view, in order to express their just appeal, puts forward the criticism to Rawls' justice theory foundation. And the lack of Rawls' theory of justice and its difference principle. The third part mainly makes Rawls' defense to the challenge and criticism of feminism. The fourth part points out that feminism faces a dilemma in the development of its own pursuit of justice. And take caring ethics as an example to express their efforts to extricate themselves from the dilemma. This paper attempts to achieve the goal of all-round development of human beings and harmonious development of society through the discussion of justice by Rawls and feminism. Highlighting feminist justice requires society to pay special attention to women and other vulnerable groups, promote the development, synthesis and balance of pluralistic justice, and provide a theoretical basis for feminism to realize justice. It gives philosophical consideration to the construction of justice system and the development of harmonious society.
