【摘要】：政治哲學(xué)不但顯現(xiàn)于偉大著作之中,而且是人們?cè)诠差I(lǐng)域的行為指南,成為對(duì)公共性商討與爭(zhēng)論的技藝之道。因此,當(dāng)代政治哲學(xué)需要從理想彼岸的設(shè)計(jì)之思中解放出來(lái)。在公共生活中,政治哲學(xué)不僅是實(shí)然狀態(tài)的反思與應(yīng)然狀態(tài)的解釋,更是實(shí)現(xiàn)這種反思與解釋的技藝之道。超越追求中立性政治真理的局限性,政治哲學(xué)需要為人的政治選擇提供判斷、決定、主張或服從的能力,這是它的實(shí)踐性所在。這體現(xiàn)在:在超越追求客觀共識(shí)的政治科學(xué)與追求最優(yōu)結(jié)果的政治哲學(xué)之上的,是使人真正具備積極的批判思維能力、建設(shè)性的問(wèn)題解決能力、完備的闡釋能力、包容的溝通能力以及系統(tǒng)性的信息控制能力等為要件的作為公共生活技藝的政治哲學(xué)。由此,政治哲學(xué)不再是空中樓閣,既揭示了政治事務(wù)的爭(zhēng)辯本性,又實(shí)現(xiàn)了人在追求理想政治狀態(tài)過(guò)程中變得更加明智的價(jià)值追求。
[Abstract]:Political philosophy not only appears in great works, but also acts as a guide for people's behavior in the public sphere. Therefore, contemporary political philosophy needs to be liberated from the idea of design on the other side of the ideal. In public life, political philosophy is not only the reflection of the actual state and the explanation of the ought state, but also the skill of realizing this kind of reflection and explanation. Beyond the limitation of pursuing neutral political truth, political philosophy needs to provide people with the ability to judge, decide, advocate or obey the political choice, which is its practicality. This is reflected in: on the basis of the political philosophy that transcends the pursuit of objective consensus and the pursuit of optimal results, it is the ability of people to truly have positive critical thinking, constructive problem-solving, and complete interpretation. Inclusive communication skills and systematic information control skills as elements of the political philosophy of public life skills. Therefore, political philosophy is no longer a castle in the air, which not only reveals the nature of political affairs debate, but also realizes the value pursuit of people becoming wiser in the pursuit of ideal political state.
