【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)基因發(fā)展已成大勢(shì)所趨。在美國(guó)政府的積極推動(dòng)下,以孟山都公司為代表的跨國(guó)生物技術(shù)巨頭將轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)不斷向全球推廣。在全球化的背景下,基于試錯(cuò)權(quán)作為母權(quán)論和相互賦權(quán)論的視角,美國(guó)通過(guò)對(duì)別國(guó)的轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)滲透,其在轉(zhuǎn)基因方面的試錯(cuò)權(quán)已經(jīng)穿透了許多國(guó)家的主權(quán)壁壘。有鑒于此,中國(guó)應(yīng)該聯(lián)合其他國(guó)家,要求美國(guó)進(jìn)行賦權(quán),比如監(jiān)督權(quán)、知情權(quán)等系列權(quán)利。同時(shí),中國(guó)應(yīng)擔(dān)當(dāng)理念的傳播者與規(guī)則的制定者,在轉(zhuǎn)基因方面爭(zhēng)奪話語(yǔ)權(quán),來(lái)維護(hù)自身的權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:The development of transgenic has become the trend of the times. The multinational biotechnology giant, represented by Monsanto, has been promoting GM technology to the world under the active push of the U.S. government. Under the background of globalization, based on the perspective of trial and error right as the theory of maternal right and mutual empowerment, the United States has penetrated the sovereign barriers of many countries through the penetration of transgenic technology in other countries. In view of this, China should join forces with other countries to demand that the United States be empowered, such as the right to supervise, the right to know, and so on. At the same time, China should act as the disseminator of ideas and the maker of the rules, fighting for the right to speak in the field of GM to protect its own rights and interests.
