【摘要】：在當(dāng)代政治哲學(xué)與公共哲學(xué)語境中,公共性是思考和討論積極公民的一種重要且有效的分析視角。公共性與積極公民具有內(nèi)在耦合性,作為政治系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成部分和本質(zhì)特性,兩者之間內(nèi)在貫通、相互支撐,共同守護(hù)政治系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定和繁榮。以公共性為視域,公共化的生活場景是積極公民之所以成為"公"的特質(zhì)的社會學(xué)前提,為政治主體提供孕育積極公民的"苗床"。對成就積極公民來說,人的公共化存在具有根基性的價值,它規(guī)約了人必須要進(jìn)入到"公"的領(lǐng)域,在"公"領(lǐng)域成為"公"之民。此外,積極公民能夠有效承擔(dān)政治共同體賦予的公共責(zé)任,自覺地?fù)?dān)負(fù)起推進(jìn)政治公共性的職責(zé),守護(hù)社會的公共領(lǐng)域,維持社會的穩(wěn)定和繁榮。
[Abstract]:In the context of contemporary political philosophy and public philosophy, publicity is an important and effective perspective for thinking and discussing active citizens. As the component and essential characteristic of political system, publicity and active citizen are interlinked and mutually supported, which jointly guard the stability and prosperity of political system. From the perspective of publicity, the public life scene is the sociological premise of the characteristics of active citizens becoming "public", and provides a "nursery bed" for political subjects to breed active citizens. For active citizens, the existence of publicization of human beings is of fundamental value, which prescribes that people must enter the field of "public" and become "public" in the field of "public". In addition, active citizens can effectively assume the public responsibility conferred by the political community, consciously shoulder the responsibility of promoting political publicity, protect the public sphere of society, and maintain social stability and prosperity.
