【摘要】:本文試圖以20世紀(jì)70年代的評(píng)法批儒運(yùn)動(dòng)為中心,重探儒法關(guān)系在共產(chǎn)革命的歷史脈絡(luò)中的呈現(xiàn)形式,從特定的政治語(yǔ)境和政治決斷的需求出發(fā),考察運(yùn)動(dòng)的參與者們?nèi)绾伟盐杖寮液头业闹R(shí)傳統(tǒng),特別是如何盡可能地去喚起這些特定知識(shí)傳統(tǒng)的政治潛能。在當(dāng)時(shí)的歷史語(yǔ)境中,參與者們并不是無(wú)條件地、孤立地肯定法家,而是在儒法對(duì)立的動(dòng)態(tài)架構(gòu)中來(lái)把握法家的。在儒法兩大傳統(tǒng)之外,參與者們還特別梳理了人民的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)這個(gè)更大的傳統(tǒng),并將人民的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)和創(chuàng)造"新生事物"這一目標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)在一起。所有這些做法,或?qū)?duì)我們觀察今天的各種傳統(tǒng)復(fù)興論提供一些啟示。
[Abstract]:This article tries to focus on the criticism and criticism movement of the 1970s, and reprobes into the form of the relationship between Confucianism and France in the historical context of the Communist revolution. From the specific political context and the demand for political decision, the participants of the movement are investigating how the Confucian and Legalists' knowledge tradition is grasped, especially how to arouse them as much as possible. In the historical context of the time, the participants were not unconditionally, affirming the Legalists in isolation, but in the dynamic framework of the Confucianism and France. In addition to the two traditions of Confucianism and France, the participants also carding the greater tradition of the people's practice and the practice of the people. All these practices will provide some inspiration for us to observe today's various traditional revival theories.
