【摘要】：政治文化作為政治系統(tǒng)中的重要維度,在公民政治實踐中產生著極其重要的指導作用,是公民政治生活的行為準則,也是現(xiàn)代國家發(fā)展成熟的重要標志�，F(xiàn)代政治文化作為國家現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的重要目標和內容,在國家現(xiàn)代化建設階段具有極其重要的意義和價值。中國社會的現(xiàn)代化進程十分迅猛,但是中國政治文化的現(xiàn)代化仍然處于瓶頸之中,反思中國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的歷程,尚未肅清的封建主義思想殘余一直以來都是阻礙中國現(xiàn)代化進程的思想障礙,它以其深厚的群眾基礎和歷史惰性潛藏在中國社會之中,潛移默化的影響著國民的政治思維和政治實踐,既阻礙公民現(xiàn)代政治人格的形成也影響中國現(xiàn)代政治文化的培育、發(fā)展和成長,是中國現(xiàn)代化成長的絆腳石,更是中國政治文化現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展中帶有根本性的深層次思想困境。 在新的歷史環(huán)境中,我們要善于利用一切可供利用的資源和優(yōu)勢,探索本國的現(xiàn)代化之路,肅清封建主義思想殘余對社會政治生活的毒害,建設適合中國特色社會主義發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代政治文化體系。同時,我們還要理性的認識到,中國歷史發(fā)展演變的特殊性和復雜性,以及現(xiàn)階段中國社會所處的歷史方位和基本國情,現(xiàn)實的這些因素導致中國政治文化的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展帶有不可避免的長期性和艱巨性。
[Abstract]:As an important dimension in the political system, political culture plays an extremely important guiding role in the practice of civil politics, is the code of conduct of civil political life, and is also an important symbol of the development and maturity of modern countries. As an important goal and content of national modernization, modern political culture is of great significance and value in the stage of national modernization construction. The modernization process of Chinese society is very rapid, but the modernization of Chinese political culture is still in the bottleneck. The vestiges of feudalism, which have not yet been eliminated, have always been an ideological obstacle to the process of China's modernization. It has been hidden in Chinese society with its deep mass foundation and historical inertia. The imperceptible influence on the people's political thinking and political practice hinders the formation of citizen's modern political personality and the cultivation, development and growth of Chinese modern political culture, which is the stumbling block of China's modernization. It is also a fundamental and profound ideological dilemma in the development of Chinese political and cultural modernization. In the new historical environment, we should make good use of all available resources and advantages, explore our country's road to modernization, and eliminate the legacy of feudalism from its social and political life. To build a modern political and cultural system suitable for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, we also need to rationally realize the particularity and complexity of the historical development and evolution of China, as well as the historical orientation and basic national conditions of Chinese society at this stage. These factors lead to the modernization of Chinese political culture with inevitable long-term and arduous.
