【摘要】：中國(guó)現(xiàn)在正處在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,是深化改革的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,也是全面建成小康社會(huì)的決定性階段。此時(shí)一些社會(huì)矛盾、社會(huì)問(wèn)題更加凸顯,要求黨和政府必須高度重視作為社會(huì)歷史發(fā)展主體的人民群眾的生存發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、肯定符合人的尊嚴(yán)與人性的生活條件、追求和實(shí)現(xiàn)人的自由解與放全面發(fā)展。這一時(shí)代要求正契合了馬克思主義人文關(guān)懷思想的基本內(nèi)涵,對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想的研究不僅能極好地回應(yīng)人的主體性與創(chuàng)造性日益凸顯的時(shí)代特征,也能夠滿足推進(jìn)社會(huì)不斷進(jìn)步、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。第一部分通過(guò)對(duì)“人文”、“人文關(guān)懷”和中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想等相關(guān)概念的闡釋,明確交代中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想的含義,對(duì)相關(guān)概念的全面認(rèn)識(shí)是全文寫(xiě)作的起點(diǎn),明確研究的內(nèi)容“是什么”,才能把握好文章寫(xiě)作的方向。第二部分從中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想的直接來(lái)源、歷史淵源和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)三個(gè)方面闡釋其理論來(lái)源,厘清幾者之間的關(guān)系。充分證實(shí)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的人文關(guān)懷思想不是空穴來(lái)風(fēng),而是有深厚的理論積淀與思想基礎(chǔ),這也對(duì)其內(nèi)涵的豐富性產(chǎn)生了重大影響。第三部分為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想概要,主要論述群眾觀點(diǎn)和群眾路線、“三個(gè)有利于”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、“三個(gè)代表”重要思想、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀和“五位一體”總布局中的人文關(guān)懷思想,借此對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想有一整體上的認(rèn)識(shí),并找到貫穿這一思想始終的價(jià)值追求和價(jià)值目標(biāo)。第四部分在整體把握中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想已有的基礎(chǔ)上,概括出中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想人民性、時(shí)代性、實(shí)踐性和連續(xù)性四個(gè)主要特征,深化對(duì)這一思想的認(rèn)識(shí)。第五部分論述了研究中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想的理論價(jià)值與實(shí)踐價(jià)值,對(duì)黨的人文關(guān)懷思想有何意義進(jìn)行深入探討。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨是馬克思主義執(zhí)政黨,對(duì)其人文關(guān)懷思想的研究不僅能夠豐富和發(fā)展科學(xué)社會(huì)主義理論和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論,還能夠?yàn)閲?guó)際社會(huì)主義事業(yè)提供寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn),推動(dòng)國(guó)際社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的發(fā)展和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的發(fā)展。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想包含著豐富的內(nèi)涵和意蘊(yùn),本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、邏輯與歷史相統(tǒng)一的方法相結(jié)合,力求從宏觀上分析和把握中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人文關(guān)懷思想的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,并以此指導(dǎo)當(dāng)前和今后中國(guó)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China is now in the period of social transformation, which is the key period of deepening reform and the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. At this time, some social contradictions and social problems have become more prominent, requiring the party and the government to attach great importance to the survival and development of the people as the main body of social and historical development, so as to definitely conform to the living conditions of human dignity and humanity. The pursuit and realization of human freedom and comprehensive development. The requirement of this era is in line with the basic connotation of the Marxist humanistic care thought. The study of the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China can not only be an excellent response to the increasingly prominent characteristics of human subjectivity and creativity. It can also meet the practical needs of Chinese Dream, which promotes social progress, constructs harmonious society and realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The first part explains the related concepts such as "humanity", "humanistic concern" and the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China, and explains the meaning of the humanistic solicitude thought of the Communist Party of China. The overall understanding of the related concepts is the starting point of the full text writing. Only by clarifying the content of the study, can we grasp the direction of writing. The second part explains the theoretical source of the Chinese Communist Party from three aspects: the direct source, the historical origin and the realistic basis, and clarifies the relationship between the several. It is fully proved that the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China is not groundless, but has a profound theoretical accumulation and ideological foundation, which also has a great influence on the richness of its connotation. The third part is a summary of the Chinese Communist Party's humanistic care thought, which mainly discusses the mass viewpoint and mass line, the "three favorable" standards, and the important thought of "three represents". The scientific concept of development and the humanistic care thought in the total layout of "five in one", in order to have a whole understanding of the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China, and to find the value pursuit and value goal that run through this thought all the time. The fourth part, on the basis of grasping the existing humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China as a whole, generalizes the four main characteristics of the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China, namely, the people's character, the epochal character, the practicality and the continuity, and deepens the understanding of this thought. The fifth part discusses the theoretical and practical value of the study of the Chinese Communist Party's humanistic care thought, and probes into the significance of the party's humanistic care thought. As the ruling party of Marxism, the study of the Communist Party of China's humanistic care ideology can not only enrich and develop the theory of scientific socialism and socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also provide valuable experience for the cause of international socialism. We will promote the development of the international socialist cause and the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. The thought of humanistic care of the Communist Party of China contains rich connotation and implication. This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research, combining logic with the method of unifying history. This paper tries to analyze and grasp the relevant contents of the Chinese Communist Party's humanistic care thought from the macroscopic view, and to guide the development of the Chinese society at present and in the future.
