【摘要】：國(guó)家是卡斯特對(duì)信息時(shí)代進(jìn)行分析的重要概念。他將國(guó)家放入技術(shù)與社會(huì)變遷的關(guān)系以及認(rèn)同的建構(gòu)中進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為國(guó)家是促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)崛起的關(guān)鍵性變量,但網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生之后越來(lái)越拋棄了民族國(guó)家。全球化過(guò)程會(huì)使民族國(guó)家的權(quán)力走向衰落,造就出一種流變的權(quán)力,并帶來(lái)一系列的危機(jī),而解決危機(jī)的良方就是建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)國(guó)家。在此過(guò)程中,國(guó)家作為權(quán)力分析的范式已然解體,但作為認(rèn)同分析的范式卻得到了強(qiáng)化。目前我國(guó)正處于大的社會(huì)變遷期,要全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì),除需提升政府的執(zhí)政能力外,還需注重對(duì)社會(huì)成員的認(rèn)同建設(shè),提升公民對(duì)國(guó)家和社會(huì)的認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:The state is the important concept that Caster carries on the analysis to the information age. He put the state into the relationship between technology and social change and the construction of identity. He thought that the state is the key variable to promote the rise of the network society, but after the emergence of the network society, the nation-state was abandoned more and more. The process of globalization will make the power of nation-state decline, create a kind of changing power, and bring about a series of crises, and the best way to solve the crisis is to establish a network state. In this process, the state as the paradigm of power analysis has disintegrated, but as the paradigm of identity analysis has been strengthened. At present, China is in a period of great social change. In order to build a well-off society in an all-round way, it is necessary not only to enhance the government's governing ability, but also to pay attention to the building of the identity of the members of the society and to promote the citizens' recognition of the country and society.
