【摘要】：意識形態(tài)都具有階級性。社會主義核心價值觀和“普世價值”作為不同社會制度的意識形態(tài)核心,雖然存在著部分概念上的重疊,但是兩者立足于完全不同的階級關系和經(jīng)濟關系,使得其反映的實質內容存在著天壤之別。社會主義核心價值觀作為社會主義核心價值體系的高度凝練和集中表達,其理論基礎是馬克思主義,制度根基是中國特色社會主義制度,根本目標是實現(xiàn)人的自由全面發(fā)展�！捌帐纼r值”作為西方資本主義價值觀念的核心,其理論基礎是資本主義社會自啟蒙運動以來形成的以“自由”、“平等”、博愛”、“人權”為主要內容的抽象理論概念,制度根基是近代以來建立的資本主義制度,根本目標是維護資產階級權益。兩者非但不可混淆,而且存在著根本上的原則性差別,因對二者的相異性進行全面、系統(tǒng)的研究,從學理上有助于澄清當前思想意識形態(tài)領域一些模糊的價值問題,增強中國特色社會主義自信,從實踐上有助于堅持以社會主義為導向的市場經(jīng)濟體制改革,全面協(xié)調推進“四個全面”戰(zhàn)略布局。對二者的相異性研究,一方面要堅持馬克思主義階級分析方法的指導,運用辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的相關觀點對“普世價值”和社會主義核心價值觀進行系統(tǒng)分析認識,對二者產生的歷史背景、理論淵源和哲學依據(jù)進行闡述,總結已有研究成果,厘清“普世價值”和社會主義核心價值觀的發(fā)展脈絡,揭示“普世價值”的文化侵略實質,自覺維護社會主義意識形態(tài)的安全。另一方面,通過對比分析,凸顯社會主義核心價值觀的馬克思主義理論先進性,增強對社會主義核心價值觀的自覺認同,使其能夠充分發(fā)揮在思想領域中的指導和引領作用,從而堅定立場,形成社會主義文化的核心競爭力,有助于增強中國特色社會主義文化軟實力,提升中國特色社會主義“四個自信”。
[Abstract]:Ideology has a class nature. As the ideological core of different social systems, the socialist core values and the "universal values" have some conceptual overlaps, but they are based on completely different class and economic relations. Make it reflect the substantive content of the existence of a world of difference. As a highly condensed and concentrated expression of the socialist core value system, the socialist core values are based on Marxism in theory and socialist system with Chinese characteristics on the basis of which the fundamental goal is to realize the free and all-round development of human beings. As the core of western capitalist values, "universal value" is based on the abstract theoretical concepts of "freedom", "equality", "fraternity" and "human rights" which have been formed since the Enlightenment in capitalist society. The foundation of the system is the capitalist system established since modern times, and the fundamental goal is to safeguard the rights and interests of the bourgeoisie. The two are not only not to be confused, but also have fundamental differences of principle. Because of the comprehensive and systematic study of the differences between the two, it is theoretically helpful to clarify some vague value problems in the field of ideology and ideology at present. Strengthening the confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics will help us to adhere to the socialist market economic system reform in practice and promote the "four comprehensive" strategic layout in an all-round and coordinated manner. On the one hand, we should adhere to the guidance of the Marxist class analysis method, and use the relevant viewpoints of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to systematically analyze and understand the "universal value" and the socialist core values. This paper expounds the historical background, theoretical origin and philosophical basis of the two, summarizes the existing research results, clarifies the development context of "universal value" and socialist core values, and reveals the essence of cultural aggression of "universal value". Consciously safeguard the security of socialist ideology. On the other hand, through comparative analysis, it highlights the advanced nature of Marxist theory of socialist core values, strengthens the conscious identification of socialist core values, and enables it to give full play to its guiding and leading role in the ideological field. Therefore, it is helpful to strengthen the soft power of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and to enhance the "four self-confidence" of socialism with Chinese characteristics by taking a firm stand and forming the core competitiveness of socialist culture.
