【摘要】：制度是人們社會(huì)關(guān)系和社會(huì)行為的規(guī)范體系,存在于社會(huì)生活的諸多領(lǐng)域。正因?yàn)槿绱?制度在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中會(huì)遇到各種障礙,使執(zhí)行效力大打折扣。只有從思想上、行動(dòng)上認(rèn)識(shí)制度、重視制度,才能遵守制度、運(yùn)用制度,才能最終實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)的和諧、穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Institution is the normative system of social relations and social behavior, which exists in many fields of social life.Because of this, the system will encounter various obstacles in the process of operation, making the effectiveness of implementation greatly reduced.Only by thinking, acting and attaching importance to the system can we abide by the system, apply the system, and finally realize the harmony, stability and development of the society.
