【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)之后,歐美國(guó)家的同質(zhì)化文化又開始演變?yōu)楫愘|(zhì)化文化,其中以法國(guó)和美國(guó)最為典型:外來移民沖擊著國(guó)家認(rèn)同,出現(xiàn)了國(guó)民性危機(jī);政治正確的文化多元主義沖擊著其傳統(tǒng)的立國(guó)價(jià)值即基于基督教文明的"美國(guó)信條",出現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)"文明的沖突";長(zhǎng)達(dá)30多年的新自由主義經(jīng)濟(jì)政策使社會(huì)空前不平等,社會(huì)充滿了憤恨情緒;社會(huì)不平等又刺激了國(guó)民性危機(jī)和國(guó)內(nèi)"文明的沖突",從而才有特朗普的當(dāng)選和法國(guó)極右勢(shì)力的坐大。所有這些表明,過去基于同質(zhì)化條件而制造的自由主義民主理論,在社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了根本性變化之后,這種理論不僅不能再為自己的合法性論證,反而已經(jīng)成為傷害西方社會(huì)的一套過時(shí)的話語體系。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, the homogenized culture of Europe and the United States began to evolve into heterogeneous culture, of which France and the United States were the most typical.Politically correct cultural pluralism has impacted on its traditional nation-building value, that is, the "American creed" based on Christian civilization, resulting in a "clash of civilizations" in the country, and the unprecedented social inequality caused by the neoliberal economic policy for more than 30 years.Society is full of resentment; social inequality has fuelled the national crisis and the clash of civilisations at home, leading to Trump's election and France's far-right.All this shows that the liberal democratic theory that was created in the past on the basis of homogenization conditions, after a fundamental change in the social structure, is no longer capable of justifying its legitimacy.Instead, it has become an outdated system of discourse that harms Western societies.
