【摘要】：以政府俘獲為視角,考察地方保護(hù)、政治關(guān)聯(lián)、企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的影響。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)地方國(guó)有企業(yè)來說,政治關(guān)聯(lián)加強(qiáng)了地方保護(hù)對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的負(fù)向影響,政治關(guān)聯(lián)與地方保護(hù)存在互補(bǔ)關(guān)系;相對(duì)而言,非國(guó)有企業(yè)和省級(jí)以上國(guó)有企業(yè)的政治關(guān)聯(lián)與地方保護(hù)存在替代關(guān)系,這一關(guān)系在省級(jí)以上國(guó)有企業(yè)中尤為顯著。
[Abstract]:From the angle of government capture, this paper investigates the influence of local protection, political connection and enterprise property right on corporate social responsibility.The results show that, for local state-owned enterprises, political association strengthens the negative impact of local protection on corporate social responsibility, and there is a complementary relationship between political association and local protection.The political connection of non-state-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises above the provincial level has a substitute relationship with local protection, which is especially significant in the state-owned enterprises above the provincial level.
