【摘要】：秦雖然以法家思想治國,但也并不完全排斥以儒家思想治天下。秦法律文書特別是《為吏之道》大量使用儒家倫理道德德目及其實踐理論,在秦法律文書中頗多合情合理的條文。然而,對與之相關(guān)的焚書坑儒事件以及強大的秦朝迅速土崩瓦解的原因,有必要進(jìn)行認(rèn)真審視。
[Abstract]:Although Qin ruled the country with the thought of legalism, it was not completely excluded from ruling the world by Confucianism.Qin legal documents, especially the way for officials, used the Confucian ethics and moral principles and their practical theories in a large number of reasonable provisions in the Qin legal documents.However, it is necessary to carefully examine the related incineration and the rapid collapse of the powerful Qin Dynasty.
