【摘要】：公正是政治哲學的核心概念,在理解公正概念的當代嘗試中,概念分析的語境條件和邏輯主軸以及政治哲學與概念語境的結合構成了一種新的作為概念語境的政治哲學。在這一轉變和構建中,理解公正概念的解析方法向其內在要素伸展,體現(xiàn)為方法論上的適度懷疑論,并引發(fā)了公正概念內部要素的意義轉換和結構重組,即體現(xiàn)為概念內在有限維度的生成和選擇。在時間度、空間度和事實度的結構中,政治評價行為、政治生活結構和政治價值建構體現(xiàn)了政治生活與概念語境在公正范疇內的有機統(tǒng)一,并在特定的政治結構中保證了公正概念多"維"結構的合理性。
[Abstract]:Justice is the core concept of political philosophy. In the contemporary attempt to understand the concept of justice, the contextual conditions and logical axes of conceptual analysis, as well as the combination of political philosophy and conceptual context, constitute a new political philosophy as conceptual context.In this transformation and construction, the analytic method of understanding the concept of justice extends to its internal elements, which is embodied in the theory of moderate skepticism in methodology, and has led to the transformation of meaning and structural reorganization of the internal elements of the concept of justice.That is to say, the generation and choice of the concept's inner finite dimension.In the structure of time, space and fact, political evaluation behavior, political life structure and political value construction embody the organic unity of political life and conceptual context in the just category.The rationality of the multi-dimensional structure of justice is ensured in the specific political structure.
