【摘要】： “自然狀態(tài)”學說構(gòu)成了盧梭政治哲學體系的基礎(chǔ)。本文試圖按照盧梭的內(nèi)在邏輯,討論盧梭對人的“自然狀態(tài)”規(guī)定,描述人由“自然狀態(tài)”進入“社會狀態(tài)”的過程,并揭示在這一過程中人性的變化。在對“自然狀態(tài)“的討論的過程中,盧梭把自由作為人的本質(zhì)屬性,這構(gòu)成了他的政治哲學的張力。對盧梭政治理論中的自由與極權(quán)、民主與專制、個人與集體等矛盾的批判向來不絕于耳,本文也將給出回應,指明這些理論困難能在盧梭關(guān)于“自然狀態(tài)”的論述中得到化解。
[Abstract]:The theory of " natural state " constitutes the foundation of the political philosophy system of Lu . In this paper , the article attempts to discuss the process of human ' s " natural state " in the process of " natural state " to " state of society " according to the internal logic of Luen . In the course of the discussion of " natural state " , the author points out the tension of his political philosophy . In the course of the discussion of " natural state " , the thesis also gives the response , pointing out that these theoretical difficulties can be solved in the discussion of the " natural state " .
