【摘要】：以"共和"為中心考查清季《民報(bào)》與《新民叢報(bào)》的論戰(zhàn),可以進(jìn)一步把握當(dāng)時(shí)的學(xué)理以及雙方論爭(zhēng)的意涵。在清廷有意變政和朝野關(guān)于國(guó)體政體選擇莫衷一是的情勢(shì)下,《民報(bào)》旗幟宣明地主張民權(quán)立憲政體,不僅與古代的共和相區(qū)分,而且避免與共和專制相牽混,防止造成立憲與共和為政體演進(jìn)不同階段的假象。而從鼓吹共和一步退到開(kāi)明專制的梁?jiǎn)⒊?依據(jù)波倫哈克的理論,根本否認(rèn)中國(guó)國(guó)民具備共和資格,希望由開(kāi)明專制養(yǎng)成。其純由邏輯推理論辯,無(wú)法繞過(guò)清廷不愿開(kāi)明革新的現(xiàn)實(shí),不戰(zhàn)而敗。
[Abstract]:Taking the Republic as the center, we can further grasp the academic theory and the meaning of the controversy between the Qing Dynasty and Xinmin Cong.Under the situation that the Qing government intended to change politics and the ruling and opposition parties had different views on the choice of the state system of government, the banner of the "people's Daily" clearly advocated the constitutional regime of civil rights, which was not only distinguished from the ancient republicanism, but also avoided being confused with the Republican autocracy.To prevent the formation of constitutionalism and republic for the different stages of the evolution of the system of government illusion.Liang Qichao, who retreated from advocating republicanism to enlightened autocracy, according to Polenhak's theory, denied that Chinese people had Republican qualifications and hoped to be nurtured by enlightened autocracy.Its purely logical reasoning argument, can not bypass the Qing Dynasty is unwilling to open the reality of innovation, failure to fight.
