【摘要】：在中國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)過程中，社會主義市場經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展，但隨之也帶來了一系列分配不公，貧富差距過大等問題。此時，深入學習以人為本的理論可以為解決這些問題提供理論指導。鄧子恢作為中國農(nóng)民運動的卓越領(lǐng)導者，在農(nóng)村工作中他堅定不移的走群眾路線，時刻維護農(nóng)民的各項權(quán)益，處處體現(xiàn)著以人為本的精神，所以研究學習鄧子恢在農(nóng)村工作中的人本思想對推動中國特色社會主義建設(shè)的偉大進程具有非常重要的理論意義和實踐意義。同時鄧子恢的人本思想是馬克思主義人本理論與中國具體國情相結(jié)合的成果，所以研究鄧子恢的人本思想也是對馬克思主義理論的中國化盡綿薄之力。 本文以鄧子恢的人本思想為線索，主要分為四個部分。 第一部分主要闡述了本文的選題原因、意義和研究方法，同時對本文所指“人本”概念進行界定。 第二部分首先分析了鄧子恢人本思想產(chǎn)生的理論淵源，然后介紹了鄧子恢農(nóng)業(yè)工作中人本思想的發(fā)展歷程。理論淵源包括中國傳統(tǒng)文化中的“民本思想”、馬克思主義理論中的“人本思想”和毛澤東思想中關(guān)于人本思想的理論。 第三部分闡述了鄧子恢農(nóng)業(yè)工作中人本思想的基本內(nèi)容。從建立新型農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)關(guān)系、重視新型農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力、維護農(nóng)民合法權(quán)益和建立新型農(nóng)村干群關(guān)系這四個方面分析論述了鄧子恢人本思想的基本內(nèi)容。 第四部分結(jié)合當今時代，提出了鄧子恢農(nóng)業(yè)工作中的人本思想對當今農(nóng)村工作的啟示。一是對干部的群眾路線提供的啟示；二是對加強農(nóng)村物質(zhì)文明建設(shè)、保障農(nóng)民的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)提供的啟示；三是對加強農(nóng)民精神文明建設(shè)，，全面提高農(nóng)民素質(zhì)提供的啟示；四是對加強農(nóng)民政治文明建設(shè)，保障農(nóng)民政治民主權(quán)利的啟示；最后是對用科學的工作方法進行農(nóng)村工作提供的啟示。
[Abstract]:In the course of China's modernization construction, the socialist market economy develops rapidly, but it also brings a series of problems such as unfair distribution and excessive gap between the rich and the poor.At this point, in-depth study of human-oriented theory can provide theoretical guidance to solve these problems.Deng Zihui, as the outstanding leader of the Chinese peasant movement, has unswervingly followed the mass line in the rural work, has always maintained the farmers' rights and interests, and has embodied the spirit of people-oriented everywhere.Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study Deng Zihui's humanistic thought in rural work to promote the great process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time, Deng Zihui's humanism theory is the result of the combination of Marxist humanism theory and China's specific national conditions, so studying the humanistic thought of Deng Zihui is also a weak contribution to the Sinicization of Marxist theory.This article takes Deng Zihui's humanism thought as the clue, mainly divides into four parts.The first part mainly expounds the reason, significance and research method of this paper, and defines the concept of "humanism".The second part first analyzes the theoretical origin of Deng Zihui's humanism, and then introduces the development course of the humanistic thought in Deng Zihui's agricultural work.The theoretical origin includes the "people-oriented thought" in Chinese traditional culture, the "human-oriented thought" in Marxist theory and the theory about humanism in Mao Zedong's thought.The third part expounds the basic content of Deng Zihui's humanistic thought in agricultural work.This paper analyzes the basic contents of Deng Zihui's humanism from the four aspects of establishing new agricultural production relations, attaching importance to new-type agricultural productive forces, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and establishing a new type of relationship between cadres and masses in rural areas.The fourth part puts forward the enlightenment of Deng Zihui's humanism in agricultural work to the current rural work.The first is the enlightenment to the cadre's mass line, the second is to strengthen the rural material civilization construction, to guarantee the farmer's material foundation, the third is to strengthen the farmer's spiritual civilization construction, to raise the farmer's quality comprehensively.The fourth is the enlightenment to strengthen the construction of the peasants' political civilization and to guarantee the peasants' political democratic rights, and finally to provide enlightenment to the rural work with scientific working methods.
