【摘要】：在當(dāng)今世界,是實(shí)行政黨"自治"還是"法治"、是"依規(guī)治黨"還是"依法治黨"?這存在很大爭議�？陀^地說,當(dāng)代政黨治理涉及到政黨、國家與社會三個(gè)維度,存在黨內(nèi)規(guī)范、法律規(guī)范、社會規(guī)范三套政黨行為規(guī)范體系;各國法律對黨內(nèi)行為規(guī)制有法律默認(rèn)型、抽象規(guī)范型、擇要規(guī)范型、全面規(guī)范型四種模式。
[Abstract]:In today's world, is party "autonomy" or "the rule of law," or is it "governing the party according to regulations" or "administering the party according to law?"This is highly controversial.Objectively speaking, the governance of contemporary political parties involves three dimensions of political party, state and society, there are three sets of norms of party behavior, including inner-party norms, legal norms and social norms, and the laws of various countries have legal acquiescence to the regulation of inner-party conduct.Abstract normal form, choose normal form, comprehensive normal form four patterns.
