【摘要】：對(duì)民族個(gè)體的身份特征加以分析不難發(fā)現(xiàn),民族個(gè)體成員既是某一主權(quán)國家的公民,擁有"國家公民"的政治身份,也是某一民族共同體的基本構(gòu)成單位,擁有"民族成員"的文化身份。比較而言,公民身份是所有民族個(gè)體都具有的共性身份,民族身份則是其個(gè)性身份;公民身份的重要性往往要?jiǎng)龠^民族身份,但強(qiáng)調(diào)其公民身份的重要性并不意味著其民族身份無關(guān)宏旨。鑒于民族個(gè)體雙重身份之間的張力可能對(duì)民族國家政治發(fā)展構(gòu)成威脅,協(xié)調(diào)民族個(gè)體雙重身份之間的關(guān)系就顯得十分必要。賦予具有差異公民身份的民族個(gè)體以差別權(quán)利,不失為協(xié)調(diào)民族個(gè)體雙重身份的有效方式。
[Abstract]:It is not difficult to find that individual members of a nationality are not only citizens of a sovereign state, but also the political identity of "citizens of a country" and the basic units of a certain ethnic community.Having a cultural identity as a member of a nation.In comparison, citizenship is the common identity of all ethnic groups, and national identity is their individual identity; citizenship is often more important than national identity.But stressing the importance of citizenship does not mean that national identity is irrelevant.In view of the tension between dual identities of national individuals may pose a threat to the political development of national countries, it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between dual identities of national individuals.It is an effective way to coordinate the dual identity of national individuals by giving different rights to national individuals with different citizenship.
