【摘要】：《正義論》的發(fā)表標(biāo)志著規(guī)范倫理學(xué)和政治哲學(xué)的復(fù)興。在該書中,羅爾斯克服了元倫理學(xué)對直覺的單純依賴,運(yùn)用反思平衡方法建構(gòu)了兩個(gè)正義原則。而要想理解反思平衡方法如何能夠跨越事實(shí)與價(jià)值之間的鴻溝,就必須回到普遍被忽視的羅爾斯的早期作品中去尋找答案。反思平衡方法與自然科學(xué)的建模方法是高度同構(gòu)的,契約論相當(dāng)于自然科學(xué)研究中經(jīng)常使用的理論模型,這種相似性才是反思平衡方法規(guī)范效力的來源。然而,由于倫理學(xué)與自然科學(xué)根本性質(zhì)的不同,反思平衡方法能否真正超越直覺主義,兩個(gè)正義原則是否具有普遍的規(guī)范效力,我們是有理由加以懷疑的。
[Abstract]:The publication of the Theory of Justice marks the revival of normative ethics and political philosophy, in which Rawls overcomes the simple reliance of meta-ethics on intuition. Two principles of justice are constructed by using the method of reflective balance. To understand how the method of rethinking balance can bridge the gap between fact and value, We have to go back to the widely neglected early works of Rawls to find an answer. The reflexive balance method is highly homogeneous with the natural science modeling method, and contract theory is the equivalent of a theoretical model that is often used in natural science research. This similarity is the source of the normative effect of the rethinking balanced method. However, due to the difference between ethics and natural science, whether the rethinking balanced method can really transcend intuitionism, and whether the two principles of justice have universal normative effect, We have reason to doubt it.
