【摘要】:政治心理1是社會成員在政治社會化過程中對社會政治關(guān)系以及由此而形成的政治行為、政治體系和政治現(xiàn)象等政治生活的各個(gè)方面的一種自發(fā)的心理反映,表現(xiàn)為人們對政治生活某一特定方面的認(rèn)知、情感、態(tài)度、情緒、興趣、愿望和信念等,構(gòu)成了人們政治性格的基本特征。政治心理的研究從早期的關(guān)注誰是主體、客體逐步發(fā)展到研究政治心理的具體組成成分一般過程和心理行為規(guī)律;從關(guān)注政治心理的特點(diǎn),到開始關(guān)注政治心理所導(dǎo)致的政治行為2。政治心理與政治行為構(gòu)成不可分割的系統(tǒng),從心理學(xué)視角進(jìn)行政治心理的研究正受到越來越多的關(guān)注。 浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)被公認(rèn)為“草根經(jīng)濟(jì)”,但浙商與政治的關(guān)系卻越來越密切,以往研究對于浙商背景下政治活動或政治心理的基本特征等問題還缺乏系統(tǒng)的理論和實(shí)證研究,對構(gòu)成政治心理的關(guān)鍵要素等問題缺少細(xì)致的理論分析。 本研究首先從商人與政治的關(guān)系角度,以晉商和徽商為例,運(yùn)用案例研究和文獻(xiàn)搜索的方法,將兩者與政治的關(guān)系進(jìn)行梳理,發(fā)現(xiàn)政治對于商人來說是一把雙刃劍,官商結(jié)合可以為商人獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)特權(quán),但也會破壞市場規(guī)則,從而使商人失去獨(dú)立性和競爭性而走向末路,從而對浙商從政提出借鑒;其次以典型的兩大浙商幫派為例,分析寧波商幫在明清時(shí)期與舊中國政治的聯(lián)系與利弊以及溫州商幫與新中國的政治聯(lián)系,提出政治對于商人經(jīng)商的重要性以及探討合適的政府與商人的關(guān)系模式;再次采用實(shí)證研究方法對浙商的政治心理與政治行為進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)浙商的政治心理主流是積極健康向上的,其主要特征可總結(jié)為四點(diǎn):較高的政治滿意度和政治認(rèn)知度,強(qiáng)烈豐富的政治情感,復(fù)雜多變的政治信任,積極向上的政治態(tài)度,不過他們的政治心理受行業(yè)、性別、學(xué)歷、年齡等背景因素的影響較大;(2)浙商的政治參與行為較多,但政治參與意識卻不強(qiáng);浙商的政治功效感較高,但政治理解能力與政治任職能力不強(qiáng)。因此需要政府和社會的引導(dǎo)浙商樹立正確的政治參與觀,使其政治參與行為進(jìn)入正式化和程序化的軌道;(3)政治滿意度和政治信任感以及政治情感對浙商的政治行為有顯著影響。其中政治滿意度對浙商的政治參與行為有顯著的回歸關(guān)系,政治滿意度和政治情感對政治功效感有顯著回歸關(guān)系;(4)通過神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響因素模型的分析可知,政治態(tài)度、政治滿意度、政治認(rèn)知、政治信任感、政治情感和背景因素對政治參與行為和功效感的影響程度依次變高。最后,根據(jù)前面的研究結(jié)果,本文從社會、政府以及浙商本身三個(gè)角度探討浙商有效政治參與的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Political psychology 1 is a kind of spontaneous psychological reflection of social members in the process of political socialization to the social and political relations and the resulting political behavior, political system, political phenomena and other aspects of political life. People's cognition, emotion, attitude, emotion, interest, desire and belief in a particular aspect of political life constitute the basic characteristics of people's political character. The object gradually develops to study the general process and the psychological behavior law of the concrete component of the political psychology, and from paying attention to the characteristics of the political psychology, By beginning to pay attention to the political behavior caused by the political psychology 2. The political psychology and the political behavior constitute an inseparable system, and the study of the political psychology from the psychological perspective is receiving more and more attention. Zhejiang economy is recognized as "grassroots economy", but the relationship between Zhejiang businessmen and politics is getting closer and closer. Previous studies on the basic characteristics of political activities or political psychology in the context of Zhejiang businessmen lack systematic theoretical and empirical research. Lack of detailed theoretical analysis on the key elements of political psychology. This study first from the perspective of the relationship between businessmen and politics, taking Shanxi merchants and Huizhou merchants as examples, using the method of case study and literature search, combs the relationship between the two and politics, and finds that politics is a double-edged sword for businessmen. The combination of government and business can obtain economic privilege for businessmen, but it will also break the rules of the market, so that the businessmen lose their independence and competitiveness and go to the end of the road, so that they can draw lessons from the participation of Zhejiang businessmen in politics. Secondly, take the typical two major Zhejiang businessmen 'gangs as an example. This paper analyzes the relationship between Ningbo Shang Gang and the old Chinese politics during the Ming and Qing dynasties and the political relationship between Wenzhou Shang Gang and New China, and puts forward the importance of politics for businessmen to do business and probes into the appropriate relationship model between government and businessmen. Thirdly, using the empirical research method to investigate the political psychology and political behavior of Zhejiang businessmen, it is found that the mainstream of political psychology of Zhejiang businessmen is positive and healthy. Its main characteristics can be summarized as four points: higher political satisfaction and political awareness, strong rich political feelings, complex and changeable political trust, positive political attitude, but their political psychology is subject to profession, gender, educational background, The influence of background factors such as age is greater than that of other background factors. (2) Zhejiang businessmen have more political participation behavior, but their consciousness of political participation is not strong, and Zhejiang businessmen have a higher sense of political efficacy. However, the ability of political understanding and political office is not strong. Therefore, it is necessary for the government and society to guide Zhejiang businessmen to establish a correct view of political participation. (3) political satisfaction, political trust and political emotion have a significant impact on the political behavior of Zhejiang businessmen, among which political satisfaction has a significant impact on the political participation behavior of Zhejiang businessmen. A significant regression relationship, There is a significant regression relationship between political satisfaction and political emotion to the sense of political efficacy. (4) through the analysis of the influence factors model of neural network, we can know: political attitude, political satisfaction, political cognition, political trust, The influence of political emotion and background factors on political participation behavior and sense of efficacy increases in turn. Finally, according to the previous research results, this paper starts from the society, The government and Zhejiang businessmen themselves discuss the countermeasures and suggestions of Zhejiang businessmen 'effective political participation.
