制度、發(fā)展階段與發(fā)展績效——兼評阿西莫格魯?shù)热说闹贫壤碚?/H1>

【摘要】：通過將制度兩分為"包容型制度"和"掠奪型制度",阿西莫格魯?shù)热吮兄Z斯的制度決定論思想,強調(diào)如果在歷史的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點由于某個"重要事件"建立了包容型制度,國家將就此走向繁榮;而中國由于沒有引入西方民主建立包容型政治制度,快速增長并不能持續(xù)�；诎⑽髂耵�?shù)热耸褂玫臄?shù)據(jù),通過對他們關(guān)于原殖民地發(fā)展差異原因的理論解釋和實證分析過程深入分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其理論假說存在邏輯缺陷,實證分析也可能存在樣本選擇問題,關(guān)于制度是殖民地發(fā)展差異主要原因的實證結(jié)論并不穩(wěn)健。據(jù)此,提出了制度變革要以制度從經(jīng)濟增長的促進因素轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽璧K因素為前提,適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)力不同發(fā)展階段的制度才是最優(yōu)的觀點。
[Abstract]:By dividing systems into "inclusive systems" and "plundering systems", Asimoglu and others, following North's institutional determinism, emphasize that if an inclusive system is established at a key point in history due to a "major event", The country will prosper in this way, and China's rapid growth is not sustainable because it has not introduced Western democracy to build inclusive political systems, based on data used by Asimoglu and others. Through the deep analysis of their theoretical explanation and empirical analysis of the reasons for the differences in the development of the original colonies, it is found that the theoretical hypothesis has logical defects, and the empirical analysis may also have the problem of sample selection. The empirical conclusion that institution is the main cause of the difference in colonial development is not sound. Based on this, the paper puts forward that institutional reform should be based on the transformation of institution from a factor of promoting economic growth to a factor of hindrance. The system adapting to different stages of development of productive forces is the best view.
