【摘要】：波里比阿是希臘化時(shí)代著名的希臘籍歷史學(xué)家。因其史學(xué)理論等諸多方面的貢獻(xiàn),他被后世稱為“歷史學(xué)家中的歷史學(xué)家”。他生活在發(fā)生歷史巨變的希臘化時(shí)代,見(jiàn)證了羅馬逐漸征服地中海的過(guò)程。他集畢生精力寫(xiě)成的《通史》義稱《歷史》,開(kāi)創(chuàng)了普世史學(xué)的傳統(tǒng)。這部巨著不但反映了他撰史的特點(diǎn),同時(shí)也深刻地體現(xiàn)了他的政體思想。從一個(gè)歷史學(xué)家與實(shí)用政治家的角度出發(fā),波里比阿探究一個(gè)國(guó)家的政治體制對(duì)于國(guó)家成敗的重要性。盡管他的政體思想帶有濃厚的希臘傳統(tǒng)政治思想印記,但是他又有自己的創(chuàng)新。他闡釋了政體分類與政體循環(huán)論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出混合政體理論。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)之上對(duì)他政體思想形成的原因、內(nèi)涵與特點(diǎn)及其歷史意義作一定的分析。 全文共分為四部分,加上緒論與結(jié)束語(yǔ)共六個(gè)部分。 緒論部分主要論述本文的選題意義與目的,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題的研究概況,本文的研究方法與思路以及創(chuàng)新之處。 第一部分主要分析波里比阿國(guó)家政體思想的形成原因。這一章主要從主觀與客觀兩個(gè)方面考察波里比阿國(guó)家政體思想的形成原因,并且結(jié)合羅馬統(tǒng)一地中海世界這一歷史背景進(jìn)行分析。從客觀方面來(lái)說(shuō),希臘政治理論為波里比阿提供了一定的理論借鑒。從主觀來(lái)說(shuō),其政體思想與他撰史的實(shí)用性特點(diǎn)以及愛(ài)國(guó)情感是密不可分的。同時(shí)他的政治生涯經(jīng)歷對(duì)他政體思想的形成也產(chǎn)生了潛移默化的影響。 第二部分論述波里比阿國(guó)家政體思想的內(nèi)涵。他的政體思想主要包括政體分類、政體循環(huán)以及混合政體論。首先他闡述了三種優(yōu)良政體與三種墮落政體的產(chǎn)生過(guò)程、特征與變化,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了單純政體循環(huán)理論。接著以分析羅馬政體為核心他提出混合政體理論,闡述了羅馬政體中三種主要力量的平衡與制約關(guān)系。同時(shí)他也指出羅馬政體要走向墮落的命運(yùn)。他遵循希臘傳統(tǒng)將政體外延擴(kuò)大,分析羅馬風(fēng)俗等因素。最后從羅馬政體與其他政體的比較中得出羅馬政體優(yōu)越性的結(jié)論。 第三部分主要分析波里比阿國(guó)家政體思想的特點(diǎn)。他的政體思想體現(xiàn)了明顯的實(shí)用性特點(diǎn),波里比阿將政體變化的理論應(yīng)用在分析希臘歷史上經(jīng)歷的政體變化與以及羅馬混合政體上。同時(shí)他的政體思想也反映了明顯的道德性原則,他分析了單純政體變化與羅馬政體變化時(shí)都體現(xiàn)了波里比阿重視道德因素的作用。不僅如此,他還嘗試從人類心理角度闡釋政體的發(fā)展與演變。 第四部分論述波里比阿國(guó)家政體思想的歷史意義。波里比阿在前人基礎(chǔ)上有獨(dú)特的創(chuàng)新,某種程度上超出了希臘政治思想的主流,為研究政體提供了新的視角。對(duì)于后世研究羅馬史提供了有用的資料與研究方法。他的政體思想不但影響了文藝復(fù)興與啟蒙運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)代的西方政治家與思想家,而且也為近代西方政治體制的產(chǎn)生提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 結(jié)束語(yǔ)部分從整體上對(duì)波里比阿的政體思想進(jìn)行總結(jié)。他的政體思想在歷史巨變的人背景下形成,在西方政治思想史上占有一席之位。波里比阿的研究在某種程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)了史學(xué)求真與求善的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:Bo Libby A is a famous Hellenistic Greek historian. Due to many aspects of the theory of history and contribution, he was later known as the "historian of historians". He lives in the Hellenistic age history, witnessed the process of Rome gradually conquered the Mediterranean. He set a lifetime in < > of righteousness according to history >, created a universal historical tradition. This work not only reflects the characteristics of his writing history, but also reflects his political thought. Starting from a practical point of view the historian and politician, Bo Libby A explores a country's political system is important for national success. Despite his regime with a strong ideological and political thought of traditional Greek mark, but he also has his own innovation. He explains the classification of constitution and polity cycle theory, and on the basis of the theory of mixed system. On the basis of previous studies, the article makes a certain analysis of the reasons for the formation of his political ideology, its connotation and characteristics and its historical significance.

The introduction part mainly discusses the significance and purpose of this topic, the research situation of this problem at home and abroad, the research methods and ideas and the innovation of this paper.
The first part mainly analyzes the causes of Bo Libby A regime thought. This chapter mainly from two aspects: subjective and objective causes of Bo Libby A's regime thought, and combined with the Rome unified Mediterranean world this historical background analysis.
