【摘要】：利維坦的社會控制思想自其誕生近五個世紀以來,無論是對西方世界還是東方文明都產(chǎn)生了較大的影響。對利維坦的爭論也持續(xù)了近五個世紀,有爭論并不代表它的價值存在質(zhì)疑。利維坦的社會控制思想不僅對英國乃至整個西歐世界意義深遠,最重要的是對現(xiàn)代文明的影響,尤其是對當代中國有很大的借鑒意義。本文的目的就在于厘清利維坦社會控制思想的形成背景、發(fā)展完善直至最終成為系統(tǒng)理論的過程。在此基礎(chǔ)上通過對利維坦以人為出發(fā)點,以人為歸宿的社會控制思想加以理解,指出這種社會控制思想與一般的社會控制思想的異同,并借此予以評價和分析,探尋出當代中國可借鑒的部分。本文主要由引言和正文、結(jié)語構(gòu)成,正文主要分為三個部分。 引言部分,主要介紹了利維坦的地位、爭論以及它的社會控制思想價值。另外還對選題的可行性和研究意義作了概括介紹。 第一部分,主要介紹了霍布斯的生平與著述,利維坦社會控制思想形成的社會背景以及歷史發(fā)展。通過對霍布斯的生平和著述的介紹,我們可以對霍布斯有所了解進而理解他的生活大背景,以及利維坦社會控制思想的促成因素。通過對霍布斯時代的社會、歷史進行了解,可以讓我們感受到亂世時期社會控制的重要性,進而為治世社會提供借鑒。 第二部分,主要介紹了利維坦社會控制思想的架構(gòu)和核心社會控制理論。這部分首先介紹了利維坦的傳說以及《利維坦》的結(jié)構(gòu),緊接著按照霍布斯的思維,從對人的分析開始。因為人是社會控制的基礎(chǔ)單元,以人為本也是利維坦的一個重要追求,利維坦從“人”入手,通過與基督教、社會、國家的結(jié)合進一步表明社會控制思想的重要性,以及如何通過對人的分析最終實現(xiàn)社會控制。 第三部分,主要是對利維坦社會控制思想的檢討與反思,從現(xiàn)代社會控制理念分析、思考利維坦社會控制思想的積極因素、消極因素以及現(xiàn)實影響,著重強調(diào)了利維坦的社會控制思想對當代中國的借鑒意義。 結(jié)語部分,主要總結(jié)了利維坦社會控制思想的人文基礎(chǔ)對我國實現(xiàn)法治國家、構(gòu)建和諧社會的重大意義。
[Abstract]:Leviathan's idea of social control has had a great impact on both the Western world and the Eastern civilization since its birth for nearly five centuries. The debate over Leviathan has lasted for nearly five centuries. The controversy does not mean that its value is in doubt. Leviathan's idea of social control is not only of profound significance to Britain and the world as a whole, but, most importantly, to the influence of modern civilization. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the background of Leviathan's thought of social control. Based on the understanding of Leviathan's human-oriented and human-oriented social control thought, the author points out the similarities and differences between this kind of social control thought and the general social control thought. This paper mainly consists of the introduction, the text, the conclusion, the text is divided into three parts. The preface mainly introduces Leviathan's status, controversy and its value of social control. In addition, the feasibility and research significance of the topic are summarized. The first part mainly introduces Hobbes' life and writings, the social background and historical development of Leviathan's thought of social control. We can learn about Hobbes and understand the context of his life, and the factors contributing to Leviathan's idea of social control, by understanding the society, the history of the Hobbes era. We can feel the importance of social control in turbulent times, and then provide reference for governing society. The second part mainly introduces the structure of Leviathan's social control thought and the core theory of social control. This part first introduces the Legend of Leviathan and the structure of Leviathan, and then according to Hobbes' thinking, Starting with the analysis of human beings, because people are the basic unit of social control and people-oriented is also an important pursuit of Leviathan, Leviathan begins with "human", through the Christian, social, The combination of state further shows the importance of social control and how to realize social control through the analysis of people. The third part is mainly about the review and reflection of Leviathan's social control thought, analyzing the concept of modern social control, thinking about the positive factor, negative factor and realistic influence of Leviathan's social control thought. It emphasizes the significance of Leviathan's social control thought to contemporary China. In the conclusion part, the author summarizes the humanistic basis of Leviathan's thought of social control, which is of great significance to the realization of the rule of law in our country and the construction of a harmonious society.
