【摘要】：2008年全球金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來(lái),世界資本主義發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個(gè)越來(lái)越難以把控的時(shí)代。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)疲乏、金融市場(chǎng)動(dòng)蕩、主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)、負(fù)利率的無(wú)奈、恐怖主義威脅、環(huán)境危機(jī)和氣候危機(jī),已經(jīng)成為世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的"新常態(tài)",世界資本主義的未來(lái)不再是一個(gè)確定無(wú)疑的、沒(méi)有爭(zhēng)議的問(wèn)題。今天的人類必須嚴(yán)肅面對(duì)一個(gè)問(wèn)題:智能機(jī)器人可以替代人類的生產(chǎn)功能,但是它能不能替代人類的消費(fèi)功能?一個(gè)越來(lái)越現(xiàn)實(shí)的困惑是:一旦人類步入"非生產(chǎn)元素"的"后匱乏時(shí)代",如何保證每個(gè)人的消費(fèi)權(quán)利?這個(gè)問(wèn)題說(shuō)穿了,也就是以"經(jīng)濟(jì)人假設(shè)"為出發(fā)點(diǎn)的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)如何處理生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系之間的矛盾。因此,不僅中國(guó)這樣的發(fā)展中國(guó)家需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新,西方發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國(guó)家更需要自身的反省和創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008, the development of world capitalism has entered an era that is more and more difficult to control. Economic growth is tired, financial markets are turbulent, sovereign debt crisis, negative interest rate helplessness, and the threat of terrorism. The environmental crisis and the climate crisis have become the "new normal" of world politics and economy, and the future of world capitalism is no longer a certainty. There is no dispute. Today's human beings must face a serious question: intelligent robots can replace human production, but can it replace human consumption? An increasingly realistic puzzle is: once human beings enter the "post-scarcity era" of "non-productive elements", how to ensure everyone's consumption rights? To put it bluntly, that is, how the market economy based on the "economic man hypothesis" should deal with the contradiction between productive forces and productive relations. Therefore, not only developing countries like China need to innovate, Western developed capitalist countries need their own reflection and innovation.
