【摘要】：本文首先考察全球化是否正在退潮,然后討論民粹民族主義在美歐的興起。在確認(rèn)全球化正遭遇逆流且美歐民粹民族主義的興起加劇了全球化退潮的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步綜合運用馬克思主義、現(xiàn)實主義和新制度自由主義國際關(guān)系理論,探討和分析全球化退潮及美歐民粹民族主義興起對現(xiàn)代世界體系穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的負(fù)面影響。本文認(rèn)為:構(gòu)成現(xiàn)代世界體系的世界市場經(jīng)濟體系與國際政治體系都因全球化的退潮、民粹民族主義的興起而面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),大國間的權(quán)力斗爭和稱雄爭霸將再度成為國際政治體系的主流,現(xiàn)代世界體系也因國際制度地位和作用的下降而動蕩不寧,"安全困境"因而更為難解,新的世界大戰(zhàn)陰影似正在彌漫。
[Abstract]:This paper examines whether globalization is low tide, and then discuss the rise of populist nationalism in the United States and Europe. In recognition of globalization is suffering and their counter current populist nationalism exacerbated the tide of globalization based on the further comprehensive use of the Marx doctrine, and the new system of realism of liberal international relations theory, discussion and analysis of the tide of globalization and the United States and Europe populist nationalism negative impact on the stable development of the modern world system. This paper argues that: the world market economic system and the international political system of the modern world system because of the globalization tide, the rise of populist nationalism and facing a great challenge, a power struggle between power and dominating the hegemony will once again become the mainstream of the international political system. The modern world system due to decline and the role of international institution status and unstable, so it is more "security dilemma" The shadow of the new world war seems to be pervading.
