【摘要】：文章基于2012與2014年中國(guó)勞動(dòng)力動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),利用有序Probit面板模型對(duì)我國(guó)勞動(dòng)力社會(huì)階層認(rèn)知分化進(jìn)行影響因素分析。實(shí)證顯示,具有先賦性和自致性因素優(yōu)勢(shì)的個(gè)體更傾向于作出較高的階層認(rèn)知;主觀認(rèn)知因素顯著影響勞動(dòng)力的社會(huì)階層認(rèn)知,"相對(duì)剝離感"不利于階層認(rèn)知的提升。上述結(jié)論關(guān)于主觀認(rèn)知解釋變量的內(nèi)生性和有序模型的非正態(tài)性設(shè)定都是穩(wěn)健的。此外,這些因素對(duì)勞動(dòng)力社會(huì)階層認(rèn)知分化的邊際概率影響具有一定的地區(qū)差異性。這些結(jié)果對(duì)我們正確評(píng)估社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的代際傳承、弱勢(shì)群體生存狀態(tài)、青年人職業(yè)選擇、勞動(dòng)力身心健康等都具有政策意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of China's labor force dynamics in 2012 and 2014, this paper uses the ordered Probit panel model to analyze the factors influencing the cognitive differentiation of Chinese labor social strata. Individuals with preemptive and self-motivated factors tend to make higher stratum cognition; Subjective cognitive factors significantly affect the social stratum cognition of labor force, and "relative detachment" is not conducive to the promotion of stratum cognition. The above conclusions are robust on the endogenous nature of subjective cognitive explanatory variables and the non-normal setting of ordered models. These factors have a certain regional difference on the marginal probability of cognitive differentiation of the labor social stratum. These results are useful for us to evaluate the intergenerational transmission of the social transition period, the survival status of the disadvantaged groups, and the career choices of young people. The physical and mental health of labor force has policy significance.
