【摘要】：民粹主義這一概念由來已久,它是具有歷史復(fù)發(fā)性的一種政治思潮、社會運動、文化心態(tài),在不同的歷史發(fā)展時期呈現(xiàn)出不同的特征。近年來,新媒體技術(shù)悄然興起,它是有別于傳統(tǒng)媒體的一種全新的技術(shù)體驗,它的開放性、平等性、交互性等特點打破了傳統(tǒng)媒體視閾下傳播者與接收者之間的界線,打破了時間與空間上的限制,為公民發(fā)表言論提供了便捷的渠道,為公民話語民主的實現(xiàn)提供了有效的保障。全新的媒介環(huán)境也帶來了民粹主義全新的發(fā)展,民粹主義在新媒體語境下呈現(xiàn)出與以往截然不同的態(tài)勢,研究民粹主義在新媒體語境下的特征能夠給傳播學(xué)研究提供了一個嶄新的視角并推動民粹主義研究的進程。 本文在梳理民粹主義在新媒體語境下相關(guān)變化的前提下,努力探尋民粹主義在新媒體語境下的特征,采用個案分析的方法,通過對“藥家鑫事件”、“楊佳襲警案件”、“哈爾濱警察打死大學(xué)生”事件三個典型案例的全面深入分析,提煉出民粹主義在新媒體語境下的獨有特征：一、草根力量的泛濫；二、群體意見的極化；三、暴力批判行為的激增,最后總結(jié)出民粹主義在新媒體語境下的積極效應(yīng)與消極效應(yīng),積極效應(yīng)主要表現(xiàn)為：一、社會監(jiān)督：對精英與權(quán)威的約束,二、話語民主：對弱勢群體的關(guān)注；消極效應(yīng)主要表現(xiàn)為：一、群體極化：非理性的輿情信息泛濫,二、司法干預(yù)：司法公正的擾亂與損壞。通過以上分析與總結(jié),以期能夠為民粹主義在傳播學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The concept of populism has a long history. It is a kind of political trend with historical recurrence, social movement, cultural mentality, showing different characteristics in different historical development periods. In recent years, new media technology has emerged quietly. It is a new technological experience different from the traditional media. Its characteristics of openness, equality and interactivity break the boundary between the communicator and the receiver in the traditional media, and break the limitation of time and space. It provides a convenient channel for citizens to express their opinions and provides an effective guarantee for the realization of civil discourse democracy. The brand new media environment has also brought about a new development of populism. Populism in the context of new media presents a very different situation from the past. The study of the characteristics of populism in the context of new media can provide a new perspective for the study of communication and promote the process of populism research. On the premise of combing the relevant changes of populism in the context of new media, this paper tries to explore the characteristics of populism in the context of new media, and adopts the method of case analysis. Through the comprehensive and in-depth analysis of three typical cases of "the incident of Yao Jiaxin", "the case of Yang Jia attacking the police" and "killing college students by the police in Harbin", the unique characteristics of populism in the context of the new media are abstracted: first, the proliferation of grassroots forces; and second, The polarization of group opinion; third, the proliferation of violent critical behavior, and finally summed up the positive and negative effects of populism in the context of new media. The positive effects are as follows: first, social supervision: constraints on elite and authority, second, Discourse democracy: pay attention to the vulnerable groups; the negative effects are as follows: first, group polarization: irrational public opinion information flooding; second, judicial intervention: the disruption and damage of judicial justice. Through the above analysis and summary, In order to provide some reference for populism in the field of communication.
