【摘要】：全球正義出現(xiàn)了三種傾向:全球平等主義、全球充足主義以及試圖超越兩者的中間道路。個(gè)體的道德平等是倡導(dǎo)全球正義的政治哲學(xué)家的一個(gè)共同思想出發(fā)點(diǎn)。然而,他們對(duì)道德平等的分配要求作了不同解釋,這影響了他們的全球正義觀。個(gè)體的道德平等以及對(duì)所有人的福祉的關(guān)切的結(jié)合是支持全球平等主義的一個(gè)強(qiáng)有力的理由。而一些全球充足主義者維護(hù)國(guó)家體系,只要求實(shí)現(xiàn)全球充足,不能持續(xù)關(guān)注人們的福祉。有的哲學(xué)家提出的全球正義中間道路以保障自由為目的,將全球正義限于對(duì)全球領(lǐng)域中的強(qiáng)制的證成,實(shí)際上只要求限制一部分全球不平等,反對(duì)全球平等主義。這種全球正義觀具有局限性,正義還應(yīng)積極推進(jìn)自由,分配平等具有促進(jìn)和保障自由的重要作用。
[Abstract]:There are three tendencies to global justice: global egalitarianism, global sufficiency, and attempts to transcend the middle path between the two. The moral equality of individuals is a common ideological starting point for political philosophers who advocate global justice. They gave different interpretations of the distributive requirements of moral equality, This has influenced their view of global justice. The combination of the moral equality of individuals and the concern for the well-being of all is a strong reason to support global egalitarianism. Only the attainment of global sufficiency, without sustained attention to the well-being of the people... the intermediate path of global justice, which some philosophers have proposed to guarantee freedom, limits global justice to the compulsion of the global sphere, In fact, we only need to limit some global inequality and oppose global egalitarianism. This view of global justice has its limitations, justice should also actively promote freedom, and distribution equality plays an important role in promoting and safeguarding freedom.
