【摘要】：箕子應周武王之問,給出關于良治政治的一系列忠告,其中他針對公共決策設想了一種知識加權民主模式,由眾人民主商議給出可選擇的人謀,再由占卜給出天算,根據天算和人謀的一致性進行最后選擇。如果把占卜替換為現代科學知識,則箕子的知識加權民主可能是最接近理性的民主規(guī)則。
[Abstract]:Keizi gave a series of advice on good governance politics at the question of Zhou Wu. Among them, he envisioned a knowledge-weighted democratic model for public decision-making, in which many people deliberated on democracy to give the people who could choose, and then the divination gave the sky. If we replace divination with modern scientific knowledge, then Keizi's knowledge-weighted democracy is probably the closest democratic rule to reason.
