【摘要】：民粹主義是一種具有歷史復(fù)發(fā)性的社會(huì)政治現(xiàn)象,常常出現(xiàn)于重大社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,以"崇尚人民"為概念內(nèi)核,持反體制性、權(quán)威主義和本土主義等價(jià)值取向。全球化堪稱歷史性的世界大轉(zhuǎn)型,正以一種極其深刻的方式重構(gòu)人們的生活,民粹主義在其中潛伏已久并最終爆發(fā),其根源可以從民粹主義的需求側(cè)和供應(yīng)側(cè)考察。就前者而言,20世紀(jì)80年代以來新自由主義引領(lǐng)的全球化帶來了嚴(yán)重的貧富差距和巨大的文化與價(jià)值變遷,中下層民眾產(chǎn)生了強(qiáng)烈的經(jīng)濟(jì)不安感和被剝奪感,產(chǎn)生了身份認(rèn)知上的焦慮感和對(duì)后物質(zhì)主義價(jià)值的叛逆情緒,進(jìn)而需要一種民粹主義的表達(dá)。就后者而言,對(duì)于深陷選舉競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的政黨來說,民粹主義與其說是一種真誠(chéng)的對(duì)人民的信仰,不如說是一種有效的政治策略或政治風(fēng)格,右翼或極右翼政治力量提供、助長(zhǎng)、利用了民粹主義的表達(dá)。全球化時(shí)代"大眾的反叛"或許始料未及,但如果不深刻反思,這個(gè)時(shí)代或許就無(wú)法繼續(xù)向前。
[Abstract]:Populism is a historic recurrent social political phenomenon, often appear in the major period of social transformation, in order to "respect the people" for the concept of kernel, anti system, authority and nativist value orientation. The globalization of the world great historic transformation, is in a profound way to reconstruct people's life, in which the long latent populism and eventually broke out, its roots from the populism of the demand and supply side trips. As for the former, since 1980s the new liberalism led globalization brings serious inequality and tremendous changes of culture and values, the lower middle class people have a strong sense of economic insecurity and sense of deprivation, produced identity anxiety and postmaterialism value rebellious mood, and the need to express a populist. The latter is for deep In the competition for the election party, a populist rather than a sincere to the people of faith, as it is a political strategy or effective political style, right or extreme right-wing political forces, fueling, using a populist expression. The era of globalization "popular rebellion" may be unexpected, but if not deep reflection, this time may not be able to continue to move forward.
