孟子的行政管理美學(xué)思想研究

【摘要】:所謂管理,應(yīng)該是人類最基本的一種社會(huì)活動(dòng)。無(wú)論哪種管理活動(dòng),都必須通過(guò)一定管理理論的指導(dǎo);而任何管理理論,又總是受到一定管理思想的制約。而所謂行政管理美學(xué),則是指行政部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),通過(guò)計(jì)劃、組織、實(shí)施等行為,使管理學(xué)與美學(xué)相結(jié)合,發(fā)揮一切人力、物力以及財(cái)力的效益,施行人性化審美化行政管理活動(dòng),以完成所承擔(dān)的各項(xiàng)任務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)管理目標(biāo)。中華文明,是人類歷史上唯一沒(méi)有中斷過(guò)的古老文明,具有豐富的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。以儒家思想為主體的中國(guó)古代行政管理美學(xué)思想,在中國(guó)古代社會(huì)的管理活動(dòng)中具有不可忽視的地位和作用。特別是先秦儒家的行政管理美學(xué)思想,其價(jià)值尤為突出。可以說(shuō),先秦儒家的行政管理美學(xué)思想形成了我國(guó)古代行政管理美學(xué)的基本框架。其中的重要代表之一就是孟子的行政管理美學(xué)思想。孟子的行政管理美學(xué)思想對(duì)于構(gòu)筑了先秦儒家文化的歷史地位和價(jià)值作用有著重要的貢獻(xiàn)。對(duì)其進(jìn)行深入研究,進(jìn)一步提煉與整合,對(duì)于現(xiàn)今的行政管理美學(xué)的建構(gòu)無(wú)疑具有重大的理論價(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。同時(shí),隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)的深入發(fā)展和改革,行政管理美學(xué)中的組織管理、人力資源管理和人才一培養(yǎng)管理都顯現(xiàn)出不同的問(wèn)題;谝陨峡紤],本文從研究孟子的行政管理美學(xué)思想入手,運(yùn)用闡釋法,力圖從孟子的管理美學(xué)思想中找到建構(gòu)今天的、具有民族化特色管理美學(xué)的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)理依據(jù)。 全文共為四大部分,緒論部分是論述孟子的政治行政管理美學(xué)思想,闡述孟子的行政管理美學(xué)思想的理論基礎(chǔ)—“性善論”;指出孟子的行政管理美學(xué)思想是以“仁政”為目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)介紹論文的研究意義。研究孟子的行政管理美學(xué)思想,是為了從被管理者的角度出發(fā),推動(dòng)行政管理美學(xué)的實(shí)施及其方式方法。第一章介紹孟子行政管理美學(xué)思想的主要內(nèi)容、價(jià)值內(nèi)涵和思維方法。論述孟子的行政管理美學(xué)思想就是“養(yǎng)民富民”思想,其中獨(dú)特的經(jīng)濟(jì)行政管理美學(xué)思想是“恒產(chǎn)論”。再次是論述孟子的人才行政管理美學(xué)思想,其包括教化行政管理美學(xué)思想、自我行政管理美學(xué)思想以及用人思想。最后對(duì)孟子的行政管理美學(xué)思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值進(jìn)行了四點(diǎn)闡述:一是仁德管理的回歸;二是執(zhí)經(jīng)達(dá)權(quán)的管理要領(lǐng);三是自我管理的思想實(shí)現(xiàn)了道德修養(yǎng)和道德實(shí)踐的有機(jī)結(jié)合;四是以“仁政”為目標(biāo)的國(guó)家行政管理美學(xué)思想增強(qiáng)了為保障民眾生活的人文內(nèi)涵。從思考主要內(nèi)容,得出其價(jià)值內(nèi)涵,再推出其思維方法,,這三方面成為孟子行政管理美學(xué)思想和當(dāng)今行政管理美學(xué)的連接點(diǎn)。第二章主要介紹孟子行政管理美學(xué)的的哲學(xué)價(jià)值。指出孟子行政管理美學(xué)思想的核心觀點(diǎn)是:民眾是國(guó)家的主體,君主要想坐穩(wěn)江山、坐久江山,就要順民意、得民心,要做到“民貴君輕”。顯然,這對(duì)于現(xiàn)今的行政管理美學(xué)的建構(gòu)同樣有用,大到國(guó)家,小到一般的行政部門(mén),其行政管理活動(dòng)要做出成績(jī),靠的是人性化、審美化的實(shí)現(xiàn),所以也要順民意,得民心。借鑒孟子行政管理美學(xué)思想的精髓,吸取其行政管理美學(xué)思想的精要,從而推進(jìn)我國(guó)當(dāng)代行政管理審美化人性化的發(fā)展。第三章主要探討孟子行政管理美學(xué)思想對(duì)行政管理美學(xué)的啟示。
[Abstract]:The so-called management, should be one of the most basic human social activities. No matter what kind of management activities, must through certain management theory; and any management theory, and is restricted by certain management ideas. The so-called administrative aesthetics, refers to the administrative department of leadership, through the plan, organization, implementation etc. The management behavior, combined with the aesthetics, play all the manpower, material resources and financial resources benefit, the implementation of humanized aesthetic administrative activities, in order to complete the various tasks undertaken, to achieve management objectives. The Chinese civilization is the only one not to interrupt the ancient civilization in human history, with rich management experience. The administrative Chinese ancient aesthetic thought of Confucianism as the main body, has the status and role can not be ignored in China ancient social management activities. Especially the administrative management of the pre Qin Confucian aesthetics thought, the The value is particularly prominent. It can be said that the administration of the pre Qin Confucian Aesthetic Thoughts form the basic framework of the ancient administrative aesthetics in China. Administrative aesthetics is one of the most important representative of which is Mencius. Administrative aesthetics Mencius to build the historical status and value of the pre Qin Ru Jiawen has an important contribution. The study further refined and integrated, is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical value for the construction of modern administrative aesthetics. At the same time, with the further development of our society and the reform of administrative management, organization management aesthetics, human resources management and personnel training management will show different problems. Based on the above considerations, this article from the administrative management of Mencius aesthetic thought of using the interpretation method, trying to find the construction from Mencius management Aesthetics Today, it has the traditional theoretical basis for the management aesthetics of nationalization.
The whole thesis is divided into four parts, the introduction part discusses Mencius political administrative aesthetics, expounds Mencius administrative aesthetics theory based "theory of goodness"; pointed out that administrative aesthetics Mencius is "benevolence" as the goal, focuses on the significance of the study. The Mencius administrative aesthetics research in order to, from the Perspective of management, promote the implementation of the administrative method and the way of aesthetics. The first chapter mainly introduces the content of Mencius administrative aesthetics thought, value connotation and way of thinking. This administrative aesthetics is Mencius "nourish and enrich people" thought, the unique economic administrative aesthetics "property theory. The third is the Mencius personnel administrative aesthetics, which includes education administration aesthetic thought, aesthetic thought and self administration People with thought. The four describes the contemporary value of final administrative aesthetics on the Mencius: one is the return of Rende management; two is hold by the management of the three essentials of right; self management to achieve the organic combination of moral cultivation and moral practice; four is the national administrative aesthetics "benevolence" as the goal of enhancing security for people's life. The humanistic connotation of thinking from the main content, the value of content, to launch its thinking methods, these three aspects become Mencius administrative aesthetics and modern administrative aesthetics even contacts. The second chapter mainly introduces the philosophical value Mencius administrative management. It is pointed out that the core of aesthetics view Mencius administrative aesthetics is: people is the main body of the country, the monarch to sit, sit for a long time the country, to the public opinion, the hearts of the people, to achieve the "people" obviously. For this, the administrative management of the construction is also useful, large countries, small to the general administrative department, the administrative management activities to make achievements, rely on the human nature, realize the aesthetic, so also will the public opinion, the hearts of the people. Draw the essence of Mencius administrative aesthetics, absorb the administrative the essence of the management aesthetics, so as to promote the development of contemporary administrative management of our country's aesthetic nature. The third chapter mainly discusses Mencius administrative aesthetics enlightenment to administrative aesthetics.
